We took new friends of ours to this location on Azle Avenue. We wanted to take them there because of all the antique stuff that... is at this store. They thoroughly enjoyed looking at the Antiques. They also enjoyed the barbecue very much as my wife and I didtoo. It's a really neat place to go. The employees were very friendly and our food was served quickly. Recommend you go. UPDATE7-29-22 wanted a good meal, pleasant atmosphere, cold beer ????and good food ????. We got it all. Wife and I had Friday nightbrisket plate special. Brisket and 2 sides. Had fresh, hot French fries, delicious coleslaw and tasty pinto beans. Cold shinerdraft. Reasonable price and great service. Bennie and Michael were spot on with great customer service. Perfect evening for forus. Read more

I highly recommend this restaurant. The staff was really friendly and try to explain the menu very well. I ordered beef rips... with okra , mac& cheese and beans. My husband ordered turkey ham ,rips with French fries, Mac&cheese and green beans. Turkeyham and green beans remained me of my grandma?s thanksgiving food which I really loved it. Rips with bbq sauce was so delicious. I?ll definitely eat here again. This is my favorite new spot. Read more

Riscky's has been a staple in Fort Worth for close to 100 years. If you areceaving some BBQ and are short on cash Riscky's is a... great place to hit up. I sadly am more use to the Downtown Risckey's and did not realize they didn't have Baked Potatoes at thislocation. However they do have a Northside special with 2 chop beef sandwiches and fries for 5.99. So all is well. Also thereare so many antiques to look at. Gives a little sense of nostalgia. Read more

Dinners are served with your choice of several sides. Very good sliced brisket. Potato salad was just the way I like it, with a... lot of mustard. Staff is super friendly. I had Texas fries to start, a plateful of goodness. Then onto the all you can eat beefribs. I didn?t quite get a slice of raw onion it was more like a small thin strip, the coleslaw was spot on perfect and thejalapeño siding with four ribs. I went through four rounds of additional ribs with some being perfect and some being so so, butall in all they met what I was hoping for. Read more
