Finally got around to visiting the newly opened Rosatis and picked up a build your own Chicago style pie. This thing must have... weighed 8 pounds! Not a cheap pizza by any means, but totally worth it. Driving home with this pizza filled my car with thescent of real, high quality cheese and tomatoes, and oh my god, the flavor! Will definitely be back for more, super thrilled tohave this place so close to the house. I've heard amazing things about their thin crust, but for me the Chicago style is whatsets this place apart from any other pizza. Read more

My Italian beef and thin crust sausage pizza was amazing and tasted just like it does back home in Chicago. I also love that you... put the cheese over the toppings like it should be. Other "Chicago Pizza" places would do it Texas style with toppings over thecheese and argue that it should be that way. Anyone from Chicago knows the cheese goes on top and melts over the toppings. TheItalian beef was a generous portion as well so that made me excited. It was a first time for my friend trying both items and hecould tell the difference in the pizza from any other place around and loved the beef as well. Please consider opening one southin the Arlington area so Rosati's can be my go to all the time. Read more

If you've been searching for a true Chicago style deep dish... This is as close as you can get without flying out to Chicago, or... ordering a bunch of frozen pizzas you don't have room for in your freezer. If you've never had a true Chicago deep dish, bear inmind, that these are basically pizza pies that are THICK... Filled to the brim with cheese and meats and sauce. Not for thefaint of heart. Fort Worth location. If this review could be a zero, it would be. 80 minute wait and an additional 20 minute wait for deep... dish. 100 minutes later, I show up for my pizza. Walk into an angry crowd and a completely disorganized and confused staff. They tell me 15 more minutes. Now 115 minutes after the order I go back in. People yelling at the staff because of the wait. Iam now told two more hours for my order. Completely unacceptable for a pizza. (4 hours). Unfortunately, I did not get to trythe pizza. But with service like this, it won?t be long before they are closed. Edit-9/10/22. I have changed my review becauseof the following. Less than 24 hours after me posting my review, I received a personal call from one of the owners apologizingfor my experience. I do understand that they had just opened this location and there are some growing pains. The owner wantedto make up for our poor experience and made a generous offer to do so. For me, it is not about receiving free food or services.It is about the overall service and response from the business. They did meet my expectation on the customer complaint side. Apparently we?re not the only ones that have been waiting for you to open!! And tonight we patiently waited almost 2 hours for... our pizza and beef sandwich!! BUT?. It was WELL worth the wait!!
