I was at this location for 45 minutes waiting on my order. After about 25 minutes I asked someone what was taking so long and I... was told they had to fill a catering order and everyone else had to wait. I asked to speak with the Manager who didn't come andtalk to me, after another 10 minutes the Manager brought out an order for someone that ordered after i did and i had to get herattention even then she said "sorry we had a big order and everyone was working on that". I asked for a corporate number and wastold I had to get that online. I called corporate and was told they are very sorry for my long wait but all they can do isapologize. So that being said if you want your food that you pay for in a timely manner don't bother going to this location,they take their time and don't care how long you have to wait. I won't be back... Smoked Turkey medium sandwich was less meat than expected, more bread and lettuce. For half price I could have made 2 of my own,... next time I will! If I need a wrap I'll go here but not happy for the amount of money paid. Read more

I drove to this location and y'all know gas is high. I get there before 7:30 and they close at 8. Finally, an employee comes to... the window and says a manager told them to close at 7. Something about sales. You lost two customers from what I did see. Ifyour posted hours say you close at 8 then that needs to change. Very inconsiderate of customers. Went here for an early lunch, and it is the cleanest Schlotzsky's I've ever seen, and it also had the friendliest service. The... fresh brewed tea was perfect, as were the sandwiches. Dine-in is currently only open until 4:30 pm. Read more
