I waited in like at the drive through for over half an hour for my food, it was the rush hour so long wait times are expected... however both my meal and its side of fries were only warm and clearly not fresh the meal looks and tastes like it was putthrough a microwave not to mention the mayo and ketchup that was supposed to be on it are bearly present. So took my kiddo for breakfast before school this morning. Ordered the premium meat burrito combo. It took a moment to prepare... and that's fine because I think this was the best breakfast drive thru meal we've ever received. Burrito was fresh, fluffy eggs,and hot. Ordered motz and cheddar peppers, order taker had an attitude, drive thru took forever just to get sticks with little or no... cheese at all and peppers that weren't even thoroughly cooked and both orders were sick together so money down the drain and ofcourse no one answered the phone when I called.. I had a bad experience with Sonic on Back to School 50 cent corndog night this week. All the corndogs were over cooked. I came... back and the manager took great care of me. So I feel they redeemed themselves. I will say if its 50 cent corndog night dont gothere an hour before they close. Get them way earlier. Read more
Awful!!!! I ordered ahead on app. Got there 8 minutes later, no one in stalls or drive thru. Girl opens window and starts... jabberring some blah blah and laughing. 3 minutes later she hands me my drink, no straw. 2 minutes later i get her attention andget my straw. She says your order will be out in a bit. 4 minutes later i get her attention and ask of there's a problem. 17minuets in (the app asked me to be there before 11:01,it was 14 after) i said my food should have veen ready when i got there.But before i could say half that she rolled her eyes and walked away. 3 minutes later she just stands there and says it will beready shortly.
