The only reason they get a star is because I want to leave this bad review they deserve. All workers there & outside, no one... answered drive thru or parked. We thought it didn't work. So we went thru drive thru. No cars either. What kind of employeesare these??? Read more

This particular branch unfortunately is the closest Sonic near me. If it weren?t for the proximity I would never return. The... employees are incompetent and disrespectful. 2/3 of the time they mess up our order drastically and then they tell my girlfriendand I it?s our fault for slowing them down because they?re ?understaffed? when we pulled into a stall to notify them we?re hereto pick up our pre ordered food up we ordered from the Sonic app. We?re then berated and yelled at for ?slowing them down? bygoing to the stall when truthfully the line was way longer. They are just too lazy to walk out and would rather berate and yellat customers instead of doing their job. It?s one thing to tell us it?s our fault if it is, but it?s another thing entirely todo that when it?s not our fault and especially when they are not justified in their reasoning. Sonic, I expect more from you atthis branch. Your employees aren?t even trying to make sense and offer sub par customer service. Proper training would go a longway at this branch, I assure you. I got door dash from this sonic, and ordered a shake and popcorn chicken. It took a bit of time, but not terrible. However, I... didn't get a spoon or straw. Then after I began to eat I took a bite of a large piece of jagged plastic. I say wow that'sannoying and continue eating... Then I find another large piece of jagged plastic and a styrofoam or rubber like white substancein the shake... Seriously? I could only eat a few bites of thks before throwing it out. Terrible! Went through drive thru the menu light was out and her voice was low.. I asked for a number 6 chilli cheese coney meal with a... large chilli cheese tot.. I got home to find out they gave me the footlong chilli dog with reg tots..I don?t eat the foot-longsbecause there not all beef they taste funny to me.. so i was left just reg tots to eat ? so disappointing when you haven?t ateall day??? wont eat here again until their menu is lit up and you can actually hear what I order.. If I could give this location 0 stars, I would. My husband and I pulled up in a slot to grab a quick bite from our favorite fast... food chain, Sonic, and immediately were met with frustration. We placed our order on the mobile app (which has never given usproblems), the carhop arrived and forgot our fries that were already paid for. No big deal! We pressed the button to ask thatthey bring the 2 fries we paid for. The carhop told us she couldn?t hear us through the ordering machine and asked what weneeded. We let her know it was no problem, but we?d like the fries that we ordered. She gave us major attitude and walked backinside. We waited for 20 minutes. After watching carhop after carhop walk to every vehicle except for us, we gave up and left. Iam incredibly disappointed. It?s not about the fries - how about a small amount of respect for other people? I don?t recommendanyone visit this location. An absolute disrespectful joke, waste of our time, and a strong temptation to never go back to aSonic again. Read more

Worst experience I have had a drive through is this sonic location. The ice cream machine was broken, they said. Fine, so we... ordered 4 shakes instead. Things went downhill from here. Maybe they should have just "leave" because we spent over half an hourwaiting. When they eventually started handing us the shakes, the person was so moody and did not want to even state what shakewas what. Further, they got some of it wrong, rolled their eyes at us, mumbled and generally behaved like very belligerent sulkychildren. Seemed like there was an argument between the person who took the order and the kid at the window. The last straw thatbroke the camels back is when they would not give us the fourth shake and instead mumbled incoherent things before eventuallyignoring us at the drive through and started serving others. We drove away and let them keep that shake. We called corporateand filed a complaint and asked for a refund for that visit. After two follow up calls with their corporate office with nothingbut false promises we can confidently say that Sonic does not care at all for customer service, it's all a farce. None of uswill be visiting sonic again and would not recommend them at all Read more
