ONG!! Never have I been to a drive thru and had such horrible customer service. First off the girls accent was so heavy and she... talked so loud and on the speaker you could barely make out what she was said. I went to buy breakfast thru the drive-thru this morning. June 08, 2022 Who's ever idea it was to cook frozen corn dogs in the deep fryer, without them being thawed shame on you! I... ordered 3, and only had to bite one too know something wasn't right. Disgusting at the most, but thankful I was able toimmediately rid my bowels of this awfulness. I visit this Sonic often, but from reading other reviews I'm seeing bad service hasbeen trending for a while. Went to this location at 1130pm, a car was in front of us at the drive through. When we pulled up it was 1135ish and we asked... for a moment before we ordered. When we went to say we were ready she told us sorry they were closed. I said back That it wasn?t12pm and we had been in line. This happens very often. As someone who works in franchisee business I?d want to know that mystaff was closing up early costing me money. Read more

Just left this location about 5 minutes ago. It's 7/13/22. I went for the first time in years, against my better judgment, of... course. Hilda was rude af when she took the order and the food wasn't even worth tolerating the nastiness from the staff. Thepopcorn chicken was basically a complete waste of money ( only about half the order was actually chicken), and the mozzarellasticks were luke warm. This visit definitely made me realize why it's been several years since I've last visited this locationand why I won't return any time soon! Read more

Three times in the last month I have gone through the drive through. First time the cashier said the amount owed was more than... on the screen. Second and third time I paid with a $20 and should receive change. Both times the cashier was extremelyunpleasant and unfriendly. I drove off the first time without getting my $10 in change.
