Inconsistent Regulations and Employees. For two days, we have been going to this sonic and picking up our online orders via the... drive thru. However today we went through the same routine and was told they can not do an app pick up order in the drive thru,and thus was required to go to a stall and redo the process. It was beyond tedious and downright ridiculous as we were the onlycustomers on the property. We did mention that we had been completing the task in the prior days, but continued to be redirectedto a stall to repeat the same steps of checking in and waiting. Went there ordered for a group and my family when the machine at drive thru wasn?t working. The whole staff treated me cool.... Offered a cancellation but I told manager it wasn?t necessary. They already drafted the needed funds and not to worry. Iappreciated the young lady helping me. She went back and forth on a spranged leg to help me. I wish I had more than a 3 bucks upbut that?s all I had as I had just been in a car wreck on the eighth. I appreciate you all there. Young and thriving. I wishyou the best. Any issues can reply here. Terrible quality food, poor customer service after the fact and very dishonest establishment. Be sure to check your orders... always and receipt because they have a tendency to not only overcharge, but to not provide all of your items. Ordered 2 pretzels w a drink. Couldn?t even understand the guy at the speaker. The girl comes out 15 min later with a completely... wrong order and throws us attitude. They had a hand full of people leave. I see why. We ended up leaving as well. Shouldn?t beserving food if you have that hard of a time. Read more

Ordered a vanilla cream dr. pepper. Not only did they not put vanilla and cream it, they also put cherry in it which i am... allergic to!! My mom also got a cherry limeade with my order, but why in the world would they put it in mine as well!?! Ithought it tasted funny but I figured maybe they put too much of this or that in it. It kept bothering me though so I startedsmelling it, and every time I smelled it, it smelt like maraschino cherries!!! I don't understand why drinks can't be maderight...smh. Read more
