The Spanish lady couldn't understand my order. I said "sweet tea" like 10times. She came to my car. I said "sweet tea" please.... She can't speak English well. Sorry I couldn't understand this woman. She was rude repeating "tea, tea, tea, tea, tea " thenwalked back to the building. Wow. So rude. Sorry I dont understand her speaking in English with Spanish accent. When I go to the stale in person it takes 20-30 minutes but order on line I can have it in 5 min. But other than that quality of... food is good. Next time tho need more flavor on patty. We like the mobile app. And the half price drinks Read more

We love the food especially for me the foot long chilli cheese coney!! But its not uncommon for us to have some of our order... missing!! The manager at the Trail Lake Drive, 76133 location took care of this the last time by replacing our meal. Howeverthe next time we visited some of our order was missing again!! I feel that the staff is more focused on getting the orders outquickly and not so much on the quality of the order! Customers should NEVER have to be inconvenienced by having to remove theirfood from the bag in their car to check an order! In any case this needs some attention!
