The Spanish lady couldn't understand my order. I said "sweet tea" like 10times. She came to my car. I said "sweet tea" please.... She can't speak English well. Sorry I couldn't understand this woman. She was rude repeating "tea, tea, tea, tea, tea " thenwalked back to the building. Wow. So rude. Sorry I dont understand her speaking in English with Spanish accent. When I go to the stale in person it takes 20-30 minutes but order on line I can have it in 5 min. But other than that quality of... food is good. Next time tho need more flavor on patty. We like the mobile app. And the half price drinks Read more

I had a bad experience. I'm sorry to say. Order was taken know one turned it in .SMH!!! It was quiet a wait . Manager came out... an I explained someone left me hanging. I stopped by this Sonic on the way home to grab a drink for myself and my husband during Happy Hour. I ordered my usual, which... is a Large half diet limeade, half Diet Coke. The carhop told me they couldn?t do that. I told them I was confused as to whythey couldn?t make a drink half and half. The carhop then went on to say they don?t like drinks that way and the wouldn?t makeit. She said, I can?t make it like that. I again told her that I have never been to a Sonic where they were unable to make ahalf and half drink, so I just ordered a Diet Coke. When I got to the window to pay, I asked for another explanation as to whythey couldn?t make my drink as ordered and I asked to speak to the manager. Well low and behold, the carhop Maria was themanager and was so rude. She did not care at all about making the customer satisfied. She only came up with excuses as to whyshe couldn?t make a simple drink. I will never be visiting this Sonic location again thanks to Maria and her terrible team. Read more
My carhop youngman was polite although he told me they had hazelnut creamer you dont. Vanilla was ok but they put syrup not... creamer. I talked to the manager lady was rude she cut me off the speaker when i was still talking. She brought me creamer halfand half n sugar and i was asking a question she just waved me off and walked away. The youngman told me she always rude. I willnever go there again. A 1 rating is to much. Horrible service. The people taking your order inside have no manners. Last time I was there, I asked for a drink with light ice... and even after it was remade, the drink was full of ice. They don't care how your order comes out and I refuse to be spoken towith such disregard. I didnt order the last time I went because the lady taking my order was so argumentative, it felt like Iwas fighting when all I asked about was what was on the screen. We love the food especially for me the foot long chilli cheese coney!! But its not uncommon for us to have some of our order... missing!! The manager at the Trail Lake Drive, 76133 location took care of this the last time by replacing our meal. Howeverthe next time we visited some of our order was missing again!! I feel that the staff is more focused on getting the orders outquickly and not so much on the quality of the order! Customers should NEVER have to be inconvenienced by having to remove theirfood from the bag in their car to check an order! In any case this needs some attention! My foot long chilli cheese coney was dry and tasted horrible!! Looked to be old and probably sitting out for afew hours. I took a couple of bites but had to throw the rest away. Also gave me a stomach ache! My girlfriends chilli cheesetots were also stale and very little chilli or cheese! Looks like someone wasn't paying attention when making this item! Theperson that delivered our food was also pretty unprofessional! I realize young people work here for extra cash but damn at leasttrain them to be professional and how to talk to customers!
