I hardly ever give bad reviews, but after two bad experiences here I feel like I need to forewarn others. We got a text for a... discounted price on chicken slingers when mentioned at the drive thru or ordered through app. We drove out of our way to go tothis Sonic specifically for the deal. When we arrived we were informed that the deal was only good through the app although thetext said otherwise. Our previous time there we ordered hot fudge sundaes and were told to drive to another stall to pay eventhough another car was occupying that particular stall. When we finally were able to get into that stall and received thesundaes there was no hot fudge on them. They took them back in and brought them out a second time with one small squirt of hotfudge on the side of the cup of ice cream. Not great service at all. Very disappointed. Read more

I gave 2 stars because the lady at the drive thru was nice, but the food was not that good. The patty on my burger and my bacon... was old and cold. It was not fun eating a cold sandwhich, my fries were crispy and clearly old. As a fast food worker I?mguessing they tossed old fries that were already cooked, back into the fryer just to make them taste warmer but they weren?twarm at all, also they were barely filled up half way. They forgot a drink and sauce I ordered at the drive they speaker, theywere goofing around so it took longer than usual to get my order out, but on the bright side, my sonic blasts were delicious.Hopefully they get it together, because as a previous employee at this same location a few years ago, management would neverapprove of this type of experience. By far the worst sonic I?ve ever went to. First of all the drive thru lady had a whole attitude. And second of all the 5 piece... chicken strip that I?ve order was trash. Fries were soggy & the chicken strips looked like they were cooked over & over & over.Meaning they were probably reusing the old strips that wasn?t ordered and just re cooking it. Read more

This is the second time I have done a pick up order at this location and I am yet again disappointed. The first time I waited... 30min before I had to leave without my food because i had a game. And this time I waited an hour!!! I waited because I didn?twant to go through the struggle of contacting corporate again just to get a refund. How is it possible that almost 5 rounds ofcars came and went before I even got my food, when I had ordered it ahead of time!! By the time I got my food all of it was coldand my shakes were melted, it was obvious it had been ready for a while. Also they forgot one of my drinks so I had to waitanother 20min. Horrible experience every time I try to order from this location. Ordered ahead in the app and waited over 20 minutes for my... food and there were only 4 other cars. The employees were goofing around with each other inside and out. One guy was too busyhooking his friend up with free stuff to talk on the headset he was wearing and would go inside for a few seconds before comingback out to his friend. This sonic is convenient because it has a drive thru, in case you don't wanna sit at a stall. The food is hit or miss sometimes,... but the drinks are always good. If the line is long for the drive thru and you're in a hurry, I wouldn't suggest waiting. Thestaff are sweet but the line moves very slow. One morning they couldn't operate because the manager didn't show up and the kidsworking truly did their best. Read more

Stopped here for breakfast, not my usual choice but there was no Whataburger near, so I took a chance...why did I do that. I... ordered the Breakfast Toaster Bacon Sandwich...tell me why the bacon is burnt....charred is more like it. Whoever the person isworking the grill this morning, I would like to ask them if they would eat what they put together for me? I hate to waste moneyand on food. All you can taste is burnt. I gave it a 2 star rating because at least Victoria in the drive-thru was friendly andseemed to enjoy her job. I won't be back if this is the level of service output at this establishment. Read more

LOL I understand why this place has low reviews. I already placed my order and I've been waiting for 10 minutes about8 drive... thru cars have been helped so I pressed the red button to find out how much longer it's going to be on my drive and Jr fritoLOL. The lady who answered tells me that "they're drive thru only" after I've paid already LOL. Then tells me that they're shortstaffed; as a previous sonic employee there is a button to turn off stall orders; also put signs out OR advised them at firstcall that it's drive only.
