so this morning October 8th at 9:55 am I went in with 2 of my friends. We had one order and a total of 3 drinks and 3 breakfast... sandwiches for $35. Upon picking up two of the drinks, one venti chai add pumpkin foam added and one a pumpkin cream cold brew,neither had the pumpkin spice on top. We asked if we could have the spice added and immediately it was an ?issue? lol. Thebarista said that pumpkin spice would be an additional charge. We asked if a pumpkin spice cold brew came with it and shecorrected herself. But she made us pay $.54 for pumpkin spice to be added to the venti chai cold foam. I just don?t understandwhy they weren?t being kind at all. It was the weirdest interaction I?ve ever had at a Starbucks. This review is for the baristas working today 4/28 This was my favorite Location to go to and get my favorite hot beverage. But... the last few times hasn?t been a very pleasant experience. The girl there today have made my drink/ drinks wrong the last fewtimes I went in and gives me an attitude, when I told her that it was not what I had ordered. How does this happen several timesin a row. They needs to pay attention rather then talking so much with other baristas! Unfortunately, my favorite Baristas wasnot there the few times I went in to order my hot beverage. Please hire pleasant baristas without attitudes and nonargumentative with good paying costumers. Thanks to the attitude today this location has lost my business. I will not bereturning to this location and will let my friends know as well. Read more

Not sure if this is a one-off experience or not, but it is unacceptable that they don't brew Pike, the signature roast of... Starbucks, after 12 noon. I have written corporate and will update review depending on response. Read more
