Today was my first day that I can honestly say I got great customer service from this one person named Victoria, she has black... and red hair. Every nice young lady. What I like about ,what she did today was that she went into details on orders "do you wantthis hot ?" " Do you want it toasted?" " We put 7pump do you extra sugar?' it's the little details that count when it comes tocustomer service.. i got two drinks, two bagels, and two muffins. She made sure my drinks were prepared the way I want them, she also ask if I wanted to toast the bagel and she asked if I wanted my muffins warmed up . thought this was the bestdrive-thru experience I've had so far at this location. when I started coming here no one offered to toast anything to be honestI didn't even know that they were able to toast anything or warm up things for customer they wouldn't tell me they'll just giveit to me cold. So I really like and appreciate Victoria she is amazing at her job, and giving outstanding customer service. Read more

Frustration and disappointment sums up EVERY early morning pickup I?ve experienced at this location! I place mobile orders as... early as 6:25/6:30 get to pickup my drink close to 7 and they HAVEN?T EVEN BEGUN MAKING my drink and their is absolutely nosense of urgency? & the drink was wrong This has been on multiple occasions!
