Without a doubt it was the worst flat white I'd ever had. It tasted like the bottom of a pot that had been sitting all day. I go... weekly to a starbucks in North Richmond Hills and coffee is delicious every time. This particular one was a huge waste of money! Read more

Nothing like going to Starbucks on your bday and getting an attitude from the staff. I definitely will not be going back to... this store and it is a shame because it is only a half mile from my office. Thanks for starting my day with a nice cup of FU! Read more

They should post before the drive thru if they are out of an item. Once you pull up to the speaker, there is no way to get out... but to sit and wait in line if the drink you want isn't available. Read more

I come here ever morning around 5:30am the staff has an attitude everyday, they never correctly make your drink and always have... an attitude when they have to fix the drink correctly they seem to be very racist! I have literally sat in the drive way for 15minutes watched my drink melt while they stand there doing nothing! Definitely the worst service at this location and i prettymuch grab a coffee every morning i will definitely be changing were i get my coffee from! Read more

Haven't had a problem with my drinks, they do great! Staff is very nice. However, they always forget to make my food. I usually... order online to pick up on my way to work. However I find I leave earlier anyways because I have to sit for 10 minutes waitingon my bakery items, only to realize they just forgot. I have to remind them every time about my bakery items, and it takes lessthan a minute to make it once I do ??????????? Read more

I was in the drive thru line for quite some time and then when I ordered I was informed they were out of whipped cream. I don?t... often go to Starbucks as I find them to be inconsistent and very often out of products I order. So even after I find out theydon?t have what I want there is no way to get out of the line, so I sit through the whole line. Now I?ve been to Starbucks manytimes where the line was long and they give me a voucher for next time, this girl did not even look up or acknowledge me. Verydisappointed and still don?t have coffee. Thank goodness I can go to Dutch brothers, or even Dunkin? as they both always havegreat service and consistency. Read more

This wasn't my first visit, so I'm shocked at the service. It took time for us to be noticed. I can't even explain that because... we stood at the counter for minutes. Then once we did get someone's attention the guy asked if we had been helped.Really? Getting the order was quick and painless. That's a plus. I couldn't help but notice the shop needed a little upkeep.One customer had to ask them for sugar because none was available on the customer side. The hubs and I decided to sit outsideand it was an odd setup. It doesn't appear to be created to actually sit outside and enjoy the area. We couldn't even find atrashcan for the patio area. Hey, it's Starbucks. The drive-thru moves fast (that I noticed). Other than that it's not whereI'm staying long. Read more
