EDIT: Let's make sure the attitude is known. They made my drink wrong TWICE, even though the label was correct, which I always... check before I drink. I let them know, and they promptly remade them. However, when the drink was remade the first time, thebarista didn't understand that the drink had the wrong syrup. I said the correct one a few times. Still the wrong drink. When Iwent back to the bar to get the drink remade AGAIN, someone else stepped in named Tamara. I was made to feel stupid. I wasbeyond embarrassed, but the drinks given to me the first two times weren't my taste. Tamara poured the milk and pumped thesyrups in front of me, again, making me feel like I was stupid. As I watched her grab the syrup bottle, it was different thanthe one the original barista (short girl with red curly hair) used the first two times. I didn't get a decent apology and wastalked down to. Before all of this, I was barely smiled at and had attitude given to me, however the regulars each received achatty and cheerful conversation. TLDR: I'm a cashier myself, so on many levels this FIRST VISIT to this location has beenhorrible. I won't be coming back. I should've asked for a refund, but I felt intimidated by Tamara. Read more
I order ahead of time so I can grab and go every time I have it's been done right but these last two times have annoyed me for... the fact that something is wrong & there's nothing I can do for the fact that I need to go and can't wait for another to bemade, Which is the reason I order ahead of time. This past Wednesday I ordered a Apple Crisp Oatmilk Macchiato, & instead gotthe ICED version. Now today I got a dragon drink something that I normally order and has been done correctly all the time fromhere but this time for some reason I got all the dragon and water but nothing else. My dragon drink looks like it's on a superdiet. Y'all are dropping the ball lately and I don't understand why. Read more
Staff was super nice. In the short time I was in there one employee did about 85% of the work that was being done out of 3... employees. Kristina or Kristeen (sp*) is a stellar employee. This location is lucky to have her. Keep up the good work. Read more
When I walked in, all of the tables were full. I noticed that the people in the picture had some items placed on the tables on... both sides of them. See the coffee and keys on the open table in the picture. They had a briefcase on the table on the otherside but I wasn't able to get this in the pricture. I asked if I could sit at one of the tables and the gentlemen was veryrude/aggressive and told me they needed their privacy. I told him this is a public place though and he got crazy eyes, so Ijust let it go before things escalated. In the ladies defense, she seemed very embarrassed by his actions. Luckily anothertable opened up soon after. Otherwise, good place for a Starbucks. Nice place to work or visit, clean, nice employees,etc. 2nd review & photo: The 5 gentleman in the photo are taking up all of the tables. There was nowhere else to sit. I stop byoccasionally to work remote and almost every time I stop at this location, they have all of the tables hoarded up in themorning. I just happened to still be here when they left and they left this area a mess...chairs everywhere, trash on tables,etc. I guess they can do stuff like this and still sleep at night. This Starbucks location is welcoming, clean, and spacious. It is located in the middle of the shopping center on Camp Bowie.... There is a nice patio outside to get that Vitamin D. I walked inside to get a drink and was immediately greeted by the barista.I called ahead to post something on the community board, which is a nice feature of Starbucks. She was helpful showing me whereit was. I asked about what was included in the free drink offer I had in my app. She explained it in full detail with afriendly attitude. I ordered the cascara latte with soy. The taste was okay. It has a subtle sweetness to it. It is very rarethat I drink coffee and I felt quite a buzz from the drink! There have been several Starbucks locations that I went to wherethey had neglected to clean the bathroom. This Starbucks had a clean smelling bathroom without trash on the floor. It was muchappreciated. One cool thing I saw was a Starbucks gingerbread house kit. I didn't even know those existed! It was 50% in caseyou're interested! (I went in on 1/24/17). The coffee is good here and the people who work here are always polite.
