I Don't like the fact that they let you Order your Drinks and then tell you oh well we're OUT of an ingredient that's suppose to... be in it, That's VERY FRUSTRATING ??????????????????????.. Especially when you're RUSHING and have to be at the Train Station in15 minutes(yall open at 5AM) And y'all moving SLOWER THEN MOLASSES¡¡! I LOVE the Crunch in the Carmel Ribbon Crunch, but theywas OUT!! And when I ask for EXTRA, EXTRA. EXTRA CARMEL AND CRUNCH (that I PAID EXTRA FOR) I NEVER GET IT! I can't sit there andWAIT Again for them to REMAKE IT Because they MOVE WAY to SLOW!! Ok Look at Pictures NO EXTRA. EXTRA CARMEL AND NO CRUNCH!!! Busy location! Location is clean and spacious. A good place to take your phone, tablet or notebook and grab one of many iced or... hot coffee-based drinks and/or a snack and zone out on your device. I didn't like the music coming through the PA system. Ifound it annoying since everyone's taste in music is different plus i found it to be distracting. Prices of course are up, inline with the rest of the country but the chocolate chip mocha frappe I got was pretty good. Read more
Edit: My most recent visit was strange. I came in at 7:30 pm for an iced coffee. When I approached a Barista for a refill... shortly after 8 pm, this African-American barista proceeds to pour iced black coffee in the same cup. I had to ask him forclassic, which is pumped into a separate cup and handed it to me. I didn't bother asking for 2% milk or more ice. Very bizarre,atypical barista behavior for a Starbuck's. They often wait until the end of shift to do any cleaning so I had to clean my owntable when I arrived and the floor was a bit messy in multiple corners of the lobby. I never see any authority figures at thislocation. Are there ever managers on staff? The quality of drinks has not been an issue at this location but this location onlygets two stars because it is practically impossible to work or study inside. I've dropped by at various times of day and nightand the store tends to play the music excessively loud and the staff members are louder than your typical Starbucks, creating asomewhat obnoxious environment that can be a nightmare for introverts, students, and those dropping in to do a little work. This is a pretty good Starbuck's in terms of their drinks, but my goodness is there drive-thru one of the slowest I've ever... seen. Twice Ive been here and once had 5 cars in front of me on Sunday. It took 30 minutes to get my drink. I wish I wasexaggerating. If you do choose to get coffee here, do NOT go through the drive-thru. Go inside and order. Read more
More busy and expensive than it deserves to be, like most Starbucks. However the staff at this particular location is usually... really nice and gregarious, putting up with my crazy orders well, IMO. Worth tipping in advance. Seating, however, leavessomething to be desired, both outdoor and indoor. SUPER hard and uncomfortable chairs, I can't stand being here more than anhour in one of these seats, which I suspect is the point. Thanks, corporate Starbucks overlords. Read more
I mean y?all know! Starbies is always A1! This location is the closest drive-thru to my house. I pass multiple coffee spots just... to go to this location. I love it for the drive thru and reliability of my carefully crafted beverages. And the take out isalways on time! Read more

Hands down the worst Starbucks I?ve ever been to. After waiting 35-40 minutes in the drive thru, I went inside to use the... restroom. The barista refused to give me the bathroom code because apparently they were out of toilet paper. Gross. Read more
