I live in area, go at least twice every weekend, order with app and ALWAYS have to wait for at least one to be remade. EVERYTIME... While I wait I watch others experience the same. I NEVER see anyone in charge just several minimally trained attendants. For $10coffee drinks it should be better! Read more
The staff doesn't seem to be very motivated. Also, I believe not opening until 11am on Sundays is a huge mistake. I'll be going... to the Bellaire/Hulen location from now on. Great service there! Read more
Very poorly managed. Very slow & gets our order wrong almost every time we come. We order online & wait 15-20 minutes to go pick... it up and almost every time they still haven?t even started it & we wait another 15-20 minutes at least. We come here at leasttwice a week & now expect it to be wrong & take forever. I normally don?t do negative reviews but the management & owners needto know how much money they are wasting from orders having to be remade. While we wait we sit there and watch them have toremake orders over & over & deal with unhappy customers. The managers & owners need to do a better job of training theiremployees & managing their business. I never see anyone there who looks or acts like they are managing things. It just lookslike employees who haven?t been properly trained & don?t know what they?re doing. They are often out of things required for ourorder & we don?t find out about that until after we?ve already paid & waited forever. Read more
