Ordered on my mobile app, drink didn?t look or taste up to part. Not sure if milk has been replaced with water or what but it... seems that way. Instead of the barista offering a remake or refund, she got snappy with me and asked what was wrong with it. Icome to Starbucks literally everyday and get the same drink. I obviously would know when the milk, tea, or matcha is not what Inormally order. Customer service is simple and shouldn?t be that hard? I asked her if it would be easier to refund me or remakesince obviously I was given an attitude for asking in the first place. Read more
Doesn?t offer venti size up when ordering online. If the app offers it, the store should make it, right? I have ordered a cold... brew grande in a venti so I can add my own type of milk. Starbucks milk makes me sick sometimes, so I learned my lesson. Butfor no reason this only store doesn?t allow me to do online size up. So cheap, I wonder what other issues they cut corners ontoo. What the heck are these employees thinking? Ordered Brown Sugar Shalen Espresso #1 THEY GAVE ME A COFFEE HALF FULL!!!???You... should've charged me 3.35 since you gave me HALF of what I paid for! #2 They didn't have oatmilk but still charged me for thereplacement SOY. You really get a hit and miss when it comes to Starbucks. Never in the middle. They are either A1. Bestlocation/employees. Kind and generous. Or you get the bottom of the barrel. No care given about customers or their job and whatit means to SERVCE people in the service industry. Running late for work otherwise would've raised it up in there. So not go tothis location. This is my local Starbucks ?? Today I had a double shot espresso for about $2. First time. It was a good experience, and now my... brain is buzzing like a bee. Can?t wait to try more items! Edit: Also tried a small latte for about $3. Perfect on this rainyday. Read more
If I could give no stars I would. This Starbucks is rude every time and they will give you the size they want to give you.... Heather the supervisor is rude and don?t care to hear the the size or make of it. Charged me for her size then after Iconfronted her, she wanted to make me pay the difference after I repeated the size 3 times. I will not be back at the Starbucksand I did call and complain. I am a manager myself so I know how days can go but that gives no reason to be rude to futurecustomers. Read more
