I met friends here who bought my coffee on their mobile app. After fifteen minutes we checked to see if it was being made. A... few minutes later it was called and one of my friends picked it up and brought it to the table. It wasn't what I ordered. Iopened the lid. It was very full. There was no cream and none on the condiment table. I poured some out in the trash and went tothe barista and asked politely, "May I get some cream please?" Baristas need more training on drink building specifically hot lattes, flat whites. And more training on the POS because I... frequently will get different pricing on the same drink ordered. My standard flat white, looks nothing like it's supposed to.Doesn't have the fine creamy aerated milk it's supposed to have, and tastes like the shots died or possibly are not ristretto-more dense of a shot. Not going to ask to have it remade because of the attitude I've received previously when asking about thevariation in price of my beverage. My friends and i entered, only two other patrons waited to be greeted At least 5 minutes, we walked to the other side to see no... one present. I had to shout ?hello? twice for Kira to show up out of the back office. I assume another worker was getting cupsfrom the back. I asked if they were serving drinks or closed?
