I met friends here who bought my coffee on their mobile app. After fifteen minutes we checked to see if it was being made. A... few minutes later it was called and one of my friends picked it up and brought it to the table. It wasn't what I ordered. Iopened the lid. It was very full. There was no cream and none on the condiment table. I poured some out in the trash and went tothe barista and asked politely, "May I get some cream please?" Baristas need more training on drink building specifically hot lattes, flat whites. And more training on the POS because I... frequently will get different pricing on the same drink ordered. My standard flat white, looks nothing like it's supposed to.Doesn't have the fine creamy aerated milk it's supposed to have, and tastes like the shots died or possibly are not ristretto-more dense of a shot. Not going to ask to have it remade because of the attitude I've received previously when asking about thevariation in price of my beverage. My friends and i entered, only two other patrons waited to be greeted At least 5 minutes, we walked to the other side to see no... one present. I had to shout ?hello? twice for Kira to show up out of the back office. I assume another worker was getting cupsfrom the back. I asked if they were serving drinks or closed? Not too bad. Made a pot stop before dinner. No long wait. Chai tea was too hot...burnt my tongue. My fiance enjoyed his... pistachio latte, however, it was too sweet. Too much syrup or sweetener was added :( Read more
Great little Starbucks! Lots of counter space means not as much indoor seating but there are a few power outlets and outdoor... seating as well. Read more
I ordered the Venti Irish Cream Cold Brew and was really excited about it. When I saw what they made it did not look correct. ... Looked like they out too much Cream in it and the cream on top looked broken and not smooth like usual. I mentioned this to theyoung lady working there and she said "we can't do anything once you try it". Very unfortunate because I went to the Starbucksin Target right after to compare the Irish Cream cold brew and it looked perfect as shown in the picture. The drink wasperfectly made which made me wonder why they didn't do it correctly at the Starbucks at Montgomery Plaza. You see the drink tothe left is not correct and definitely tasted too sweet.
