This is my favorite Starbucks ever. I literally go there everyday. The people are so friendly; I even know them by there names,... Caroline, Atlas and Jasper. Every time, I'm greeted with politeness and joyfully. My Strawberries ???? and Cream Frappuccino???? is always delicious. Read more
"Angel" obviously has no knowledge of what being a good manager is. Being kind can really go a long way in someone's day. Keep... it simple. You are just selling coffee and sandwiches. It's not that hard to be a kind person. If a person asks you to replacean item. You definitely should replace the item without question. I like this location. Everyone is polite and my order has always been correct. My complaint if I had one is the music is too... loud making it hard to hear the baristas. Read more
Super happy with my experience here. I would say that my only critique is the poor construction of the parking-lot. But, the... staff can't control that. I know some Starbucks have different seating available than others because of Covid restrictions. Thislocation had great seating options for me. I needed a place to sit for 6-8 hours one day, to study for a test, and I found justthat! Of course the food and beverage was on-point as usual. Read more
