I've been to many different Starbucks locations, but this one has missed the mark more than once. Today, I ordered three... breakfast sandwiches, two waters, one coffee, and one frappuccino. When I got my order, there were two frappuccinos instead ofone. I informed them that I only ordered one frappuccino, but the guy behind the counter called me a liar and insisted I hadordered two. I threw the extra frappuccino away in the trash and will complain to Starbucks tomorrow. I would suggest avoidingthis location. Read more
I like the idea of a Starbucks in Kroger...the barista was super friendly and had a big smile on her face and that made it even... more enjoyable...it wasn't too busy when I was there so it was in and out rather quickly...the order was made correctly andtasted even better...I really couldn't find anything that was in need of improvement so I will leave you with a five starreview... There are serious service issues with this location. The time to ring up and pay for my order is usually longer than the time to... prepare it. The counters are dirty and there is a general feeling of disorganization. This particular store doesn?t show up onthe Starbucks website and it?s probably because they?ve disowned them. Read more

The guy who works there looks and acts like he hates his job. The manager was pretty rude too.
