Order a 6 inch tuna. He put so little tuna that it look like a spread. This subway is cheap with the meat and high on price

I placed a online order through the subway app on 7/7/2022 at 7:18pm at the 9082 Camp Bowie West Address. Order number... 5545A176-47. I got a pizza that?s was frozen solid and not edible at all I also ordered a foot long sub that was verydisgusting. The ingredients tasted old and I didn?t not taste any of the sauces I chose to put in it. I also order 2 additionaldrinks a sprite and coke and a bag of Chips to go with the meals and did not receive any of those items. The app does not giveany option of refund or anything and stated to call the store for assistance. When calling they offered to make the meal againhowever I don?t want the meal again and no longer had an appetite after the lousy customer service So I told the man I wouldrather just have a refund. The man who I spoke with At the location seemed as if he did not know what he was doing and had ahard time listening to what I said. I am not sure what to do from this point on and would really like some help. The man on thephone said he could not process a refund for any of the items since they were already ?delivered?. Subway uses a third partydelivery service through DoorDash and the drivers could care less about the items delivered so I don?t understand how it?s myfault that I didn?t receive my items. I?m a loyal subway customer and I?d never order through them again. I was told that no one at the location was able to assist me and that they would write down my number and give me a call tomorrow or I can follow uptomorrow. I think this is absolutely ridiculous and will take it all the way to corporate if I have too. Read more

This place is the worst subway I've ever been inside of..during the mask mandates they had the nerve to yell at my children for... not wearing a mask who were in fact protected by the law. One is special needs and I informed the staff that she is exempt fromthe law and instead they yelled at all of us. They also charged me twice out of spite. I informed them of this and they didn'tbelieve me. Luckily my bank caught it and reversed the second transaction. I will NEVER step foot in this rude location everagain. I'd rather starve!! I will never forget how they treated me or my kids. Rudest nasty people ever working here. Read more
