Lady made my wife wait 3 min before helping her at the counter while she was preparing the bread, then didn?t greet here and... looked like she was miserable working there. Felt like I was an inconvenience to order food. Asked for toasted but that was tobig a request and a huge inconvenience so we decided maybe another time at another location. I went in there and the bread was sitting out.I ask if they had Italian herb and cheese and they had one only and it was also... sitting out in the open and hard.The bread is always to done.They had no tuna the boys said that days left them with nothing.Please tell me why this subway cant be run right.All other subways are great.This happens often here.So i left with nothingagain. I?ve been to this subway numerous times and while the food has been good, the service has been atrocious. The service has never... been friendly but tonight as I arrived at subway at exactly 9:40pm a woman looked at me as I was approaching the building andlocked the door. This happened despite the fact that this subway closes at 10pm. I knocked on the locked door and one of thewomen working told me ?we are closed?. I know it is not polite to be the person who walks in right before the store closes but Ifigured 20 minutes would be enough time to not cut it too close. I ordered a steak and cheese and I asked for my bread not toasted, they didn?t heat my steak and cheese my entire sandwich was... ice cold. Also my nephew wanted a sandwich with ham turkey and bacon, they didn?t cook his bacon and forgot the cheese. The girlbehind the counter was complaining about her boss the whole time the gentleman was trying to take our order. I assume it was herwho had distracted him. I'm 8 months pregnant and really craved a sandwich tonight so my husband brought me to get away from our kids and have a moment... alone together. Worst experience ever!! This store was being run by the most immature CHILDREN I've ever seen. I mean theseyoung girls were yelling being super ghetto making crazy noises the whole time we ate. The laughed and the honest the mostannoying employees I've ever come across. I wanted to order a sub to go (hence I'm pregnant) it was so bad and they were yellingso loudly that we had to take our sandwiches and eat in the car!!! I honestly think they did it on purpose just so we couldleave (we were the only customers) I didn't even get to order a sub to take him. It was the worst dinning experience I'veliterally ever had. If you must eat here order your sub and RUN out. Smh I'll literally drive 20 mins to another subway before Ireturn here. Read more
My husband has the worst experience here. It?s partially her own fault because it?s not the first time that our kids really want... to Subway. She ordered a meatball footling. He could tell that she was running low and said if there wasn?t enough he couldjust get a six inch. Patients (the employee) rudely told him no there is plenty as she scraped the pan. After getting home herealized there was a total of 5 meatballs on a foot long ???? this isn?t the first time they have shorted us. Then she proceedsto be rude the rest of his order. He called up there to speak with the manager and was told ?I don?t know who it is? by theemployee. He then asked to speak with patients and they said no.
