I order 2 boxes ( among other items) and both were missing the same item. I called to get it replaced and was told I need to go... take the food back so they can remake. I worked all day so obviously I didn?t want to go back. And even then, if I wanted tolie, I could?ve taken the chalupas out and took the rest of the food back to get remade. I then asked for the store manager andwas told she was out for a month for vacation. I?ve worked in QSRs for 13 years and never heard of a store manager takingvacation for a month, especially during the holidays. Do better. Read more

"Buyer's Beware" This Taco Bell Staff is very rude and unprofessional. The ladies making the food were over my food. I mean... with her mouth open and talking over my food with another lady. The two ladies making the food didn't where mask nor did theyhave on a hair net. But the other two ladies that wasn't making the food had on masks. Those ladies were over my food then shewas wiping her mouth over my food. So I asked the Manager to have the lady to remake my food but put on a mask. The ladies saidno they refuse to wear a face mask and they refuse to remake my food. It look like the lady was spitting in my food. I asked formy money back they ladies were very rude, unprofessional and took a while for them to refund my money. They told me I'm notremaking your food. Then they took the bag with my food in it and threw it underneath the area where they were preparing thefood. These ladies are very unclean, rude and unprofessional. It was the worst experience I ever had. I would not go to thisTaco Bell if I was starving from hunger. Don't go to this Taco Bell!!! Go where they are clean, courteous, professional and havegood Customer Service. You have to protect what goes inside of your mouth and body. They just want your money but then don'tcare about the Customers Health and Welfare. Read more

On average it has gone down hill at this location. Wait staff are unmotivated and seem to care less whether they make the food... items properly or not. Sent my Crunch Wrap Supreme back as it seemed more like a crunch wrap anorexic! Some times they do ok,but last two visits were dreaful. Read more
So they closed the good taco bell on green oaks to keep open the bad one on trinity. When ingot home the bottom fell out of my... bag and my food went everywhere. I couldn't even find mybrecipt in the dark parking lot at 9pm to ask for a refund. horrible service & always rude! the manager should definitely be more professional, this is the 100th time they have put... tomatoes and beans after i said im severely allergic!!! it?s like they want me to get sick , I came back today the manager says?we messed up your food again? like yeah? Im not here for fun. she said that she will only remake the taco & not the fries thatwere ice cold! the whole meal was untouched i brung it back the exact way they gave it to me. It?s sad I?m having to constantlyargue with this lady about my allergies. it?s sad and unnecessary.
