I would give a 0 if I could. It is 12:23 pm on 10/25/2022. Me and my coworker came to the Taco Bell on Sycamore School Road next... to McDonald?s and Smile Dental. My co-worker was told to go ahead and order. She ordered, there was a pause, then the persontaking the order came back and said, ?Sorry, about that, can you order again.? My coworker reordered and the employee putchicken instead of steak and asked is that all? My coworker stated, ?I have more to my order, but that should be steak insteadof chicken.? The Employee stated, ?Ok your total is.? My coworker stated, ?I?m sorry I have more to my order.? The employeesaid the following, ? Well go ahead and order then! I thought you was done.? My coworker said ,? No thank you, that was rude.?The employee continued to be rude as we drove off. We came to this Taco Bell because others normally have issues with gettingthe orders correct, but now we will let other employees and associates know to NOT go to this Taco Bell, and we will let themknow about our experience. Dinning room was closed and doors locked. Ordered online but food was still not ready when I got there even though the app said... it was. Food just didn't taste as good as it used to. Everything was soggy. Burrito Supreme tasted nasty. Read more
Slowest drive-thru ever. I pulled up to pay(after waiting for 15min) and the woman didn?t even speak to me, she just held out... her hand for my card and closed the window. Gave my card back without even looking at me. Fun times. Not going back. Read more
At this Taco Bell they are putting little to nothing of meat on any of the food from their menu and it is very disappointing.... How can I enjoy my food as much when there is barely ANY meat? Read more
Where?s the meat? Ordered 2 Steak chalupas and a steak quesadilla and they put one tiny bite of meat on each one. Seems like... inflation is hitting them so hard I?ll have to go hungry too. Staff is super friendly but until I get more of what I paid forI?ll have to go to another location. Read more
Ordered through Uber and got just about everything but it was messy and fillings in the tortillas of the items was practically... nothing, and I paid for some jalapeño ranch or whatever and never got it. On top of everything it was also all cold, So prettydisappointed this time around Read more
Very great service received ???? and it was minutes to 12 midnight or later the cashier wasn't rushing to go home, all workers... had friendly smiles on their face and was very welcoming at the drive thru window. The order taker was polite. I gave therestaurant a 4 STAR ???? rating only because my food was cold rice in protein bowl had to be sitting out for a while and samegoes for black beans you can tell it was left out for awhile. And not changed out Other than great service! I'm so glad theyhave new people that want to work there it makes a difference. Read more
About as good as a Taco Bell gets. They've never borked up an order of mine, they're always very friendly, and they always have... an updated menu for whatever Limited Time Offer (LTO) or new menu item is being advertised. Fast service, convenient location,and no complaints! Any time where there was a weird issue (like the one time they couldn't take orders an employee didn't comein to open), they've provided coupons for free food on the next visit. So even when there has been an issue, they try to make itright. Read more
