Listen, I know it?s Taco Bell. The bar isn?t really high. I grew up on this stuff and was eager to eat the Enchirito and the... Chili Cheese Burrito again after many years of leaving the Bell for the likes of Taco Casa, Bueno, and Rosa?s. I now understandwhy I go to those other places. One, the Enchirito is back but not it?s former self. Little to no red sauce and they left theonions off. Two, a Crunchwrap Supreme that was given without the tostada or meat. Really? Some human actually thought thatwas an accurate order? Three, a chili cheese burrito that was absolutely vacant from the order. Four, zero of the sauces werequested for the order. And yet, when we got home, we ate it without returning because when you can?t get the most pedestrianorder correct I sure ain?t wasting my time to see if you can correct it (I assume you can?t). This was our first visit at this location. The inside needs to be cleaned. Two of our soft tacos only had cheese and nothing... else. They left out chips and only gave only the cheese cup. 2 weeks later- 2nd visit. They put onions on the burritos when weput no onions, ice was out, only had Diablo and Mild Salsa, drinks were flat. They forgot the main item in my order. They looked in the bag several times to make sure it was all in there.. we get home...... missing my gordita. Reading the reviews.. I see that it's a common occurrence in this place. Ugh. So frustrating. Read more
The kiosks at this location it?s not working they need to be calibrated. After struggling to place my order and getting to the... last screen to add the sauce packets it doesn?t work. A team member says loudly ?they don?t work good just try another? as I amtrying to get another one to work that was not calibrated another team members says I am sorry I can take your order, I thankher and place my order. She was amazing but then I go to get ice from the soda fountain and there is no ice! My kids are sayingmom there is no ice loudly it?s obviously noticeable with only a few other guest in the lobby and who appears to be a Managersitting at a tall table talking to another manager they never offer to help or say anything! Just blind to what is happing verysad or they don?t care. The nice team member offers to get us ice. She needs a raise her name is Zaire she pays more attentionthen the management. Then we wait about 20 to 30 minutes for our food with no one in the dining room and still the manager nevergets up just gets on the phone lol. Guest continue to complain about the ice, then in front of the manager a team member says Ican fix the ice machine it needs reset and proceeds to climb on a chair to fix it. The manager doesn?t know how to fix but theteam member does WOW. Maybe the manager should at least get him a step stool instead of a bar stool for safety. Verydisappointing Read more
Didn't even know this place was open. Went through the drive thru and was met by wonderful smiling faces with amazing... service. Didn't think a quick lunch run could brighten my day but the employees here were so nice and kind it really did. Foodwas perfect. Very glad to have this place open! Read more
I think this Taco Bell is pretty good, compared to other taco bells, these guys leave the crunchwraps fluffy and filled with... enough cheese and meat for me to enjoy. The only issue I had was that there was no ice in the soda mchine. Read more
Honestly they just opened up. Literally yesterday I think. They forgot my drink and prepared all the food with little to no... meat. I had a $25 order and the food was very mediocre compared to Taco Bell?s already established down the street. I wish thisone could have been better considering the prime location and the short distance from my home. Very disappointed and I hope theydo better. My steak grilled cheese burrito is literally just all tortilla and the chicken in the quesadilla is dry and old. Read more
Very skimpy with the sour cream. Ordered a taco supreme and there was a small dollop of sour cream on one end only. Half way... through the taco assuming they left it off. Not worth the up charge. Asked to have sour cream on bean burrito, same thing, smalldollop only on one end? and paid extra for it :( Read more
