Bad customer service, bad attitudes including management, two wrong orders and no apologies, no eye contact or direct... communication when trying to get things addressed. Who is in charge of staffing here? This is an issue. UPDATE: I did contactcustomer service to explain the details of what occurred. I received a call back from senior management (Mayra). She was great.She expressed concern and showed that she cared. I originally thought no one would follow up, so I really appreciate hercontacting me because it made me feel heard. Mayra invited me back and took care of me with my order. Thanks Mayra! I?veincreased the rating based on this follow-up. Read more

I don?t come here often since I no longer life or work in the area but when I do stop by it?s always good service. Well tonight... just got better. I popped in last minute and Mr. Pershun made my visit great! He was engaging and friendly. He worked with asmile and gave me some of the best service I have had in the recent past. I'm so happy with the changes I've seen in this restaurant...the place is cleaner and free of fruit flies...We got helped by the... Manager named Mayra and a cashier named Vanessa (not really sure but I think that was her name) they were very courteous andpolite and got lots of patience answering our questions about the new dishes...I can't express how clean and nice thisrestaurant is now, also employees have better attitude and food was way faster, warmer and tasted better than before...kudos toTC for all the new changes I've seen in this store last couple of weeks Read more

Today was not a good day. Shift manager , store manager, district manager, owner. I went out of my way to come spend my money... here today. I wanted to see how good the Arnold Palmer's are here. If you don't know that's a iced tea and lemonade combination.The tea wasn't very sweet which is okay but when I specified to the lady in drive-thru I need four blue sugars, she put fourdomino sugars in a Taco Cabana sack and gave it to me leaving me to believe it was what I asked for. I looked in the bag to findit was regular sugar I backed up to ask for blue sugar again. The store was not busy nor were there people in the drive through.If looks could kill my throat would have been cut. I specified and said. Ma'am I asked for blue sugars please. She looked at mewith a smug face and a smirk, like I asked her to pay for my food.she said that's the only sugar I got. I thought this was veryunprofessional. Wow. Even if this were true, she could have done that and phrased it a little better without the ugly face andattitude. Work 101. Don't bring your problems to work. If you don't like your job find someone who does. Good customer serviceskills brings them back. Poor ones end up in reviews like this. Read more

The tacos are amazing and very expensive. It breaks my heart that every time we go they aren?t even half way filled up. There?s... more shell than toppings every time. Had a special price on the app for the tacos at the drive through they refused to honor theapp price so we pulled around and ordered off the app 2 tacos for $4 when I went to pick the order they only gave me half thetacos charging me $4 per taco when they are only $2.50 through the drive through. I had to talk to a couple people and show themthe app before they reluctantly made the rest of the tacos. I should have checked them before getting home as all four of thenew tacos had less then 1tspn of toppings (meat cheese tomato and lettuce). I?ve eaten there a total 6 times over the last yearand I am super disappointed every time, I keep trying to give them the benefit of the doubt but it seems this how this placeoperates. if they weren?t so tasty This place would not be on my list. At least Taco Bell knows how to fill a taco. Read more

GREAT SERVICE with super-friendly staff. My mom loved their $2 margaritas!!! Their food was freshly made and very tasty. (You... can see them preparing the food upon ordering!) We had two orders of fajitas tacos and an order of crispy tacos. They have amachine that makes homemade tortillas, so order the shift tacos so you can taste their tortillas. When you order the margarita,you'll get a frozen slushy beverage and a mini bottle of tequila - YOU DEFINITELY TASTE THE TEQUILA (unlike most frozenmargaritas machines).
