Played there this past Sunday, generally most things were good. Except for the bunkers, they were the worst I?ve ever seen.... Appeared no one had racked them for the whole week, and matting beneath was showing. The kid in ?pro? shop saying were gettingnew bunkers, to which I replied for $86 dollar green fee someone should have racked them first thing. Read more
This used to be a very nice course. In the last year it has gone way down hill. Between poor course conditions, bunkers... unplayable and poor green maintenance. The pace of play is the biggest problem. No marshals to keep slow groups moving,mismatched groups (singles and twosome put behind foursomes) Make people pair up and keep the pace moving. I had the pleasure of working at Fossil Creek Golf Club and it was a great experience! Linley was very helpful and quick to... respond to our needs in getting the details finalized for my couples big day! The grounds have many photography opportunitiesfor the guests and couple! As a wedding planner, working at a venue that is supportive to the couple and the vendors is a bigplus! We all felt very welcomed and enjoyed working there. The experience at Fossil Creek was amazing and the food was awesomeand the staff was very professional! I would highly recommend this venue for your wedding day! Read more

Linley Overbey who was very professional, timely in her responses, and did everything she could to make our big day even better.We are so grateful that we were able to fully rely on her and not have to stress about surprise wedding day issues popping up.The venue was beautiful and the food was great as well! Everytime I've played this course its been in perfect shape. It can be a challenging course depending on the tees. All aspects... of the course where in good shape. We had a hot deal tee time from golf now at 250. We ran into a backlog around hole 7. Alot oftwosomes( including us). I wouldn't have minded pairing up but the course didn't make anyone switch resulting in slow play. Thatwould be my recommendation. We actually ended up pairing with two others and they were a pleasure to play with. By hole 18 wewere on the green with about 7 carts waiting on us to finish due to it getting dark. I enjoyed the course and would recommend toplay. Just pair people up and have a starter. The proshop said there would be one when we started, but there wasn't. Read more
They need to replace the old carts with the new ones. They are old, with no suspension and torn seats. The company who owns... /manges this course has a few other courses in DFW area with same old / bad carts. Read more
