Yesterday I went during my lunch break the sandwiches aren't really that good. I prefer potbelly honestly.
This year was a cluster .why because ordered here an sent here to pick up. Paid in advance an lines lines .employees behind... counter drinking sodas another 2 outside smoking. 2 little old lady's doing everything. Very disappointed ????in customerservice. Ordered early curbside pickup for Thanksgiving and the customer service from Honey Baked Ham was top notch from start to finish!... Initially had an issue with the website ordering curbside online but when I called the store the manager was able to fix theissue with the website while I was on the phone. When we arrived to pick up our order the employee came to our vehicle, got ourinfo, and we were leaving within 5 minutes despite being very busy. Well done!! Read more
Cannot recommend this location highly enough! The manager went out of his way to save our Thanksgiving. We have been buying hams... for holidays there for years, and they are far more delicious than anything you'd get elsewhere. This year, there was a smallmix up on our order from a simple oversight during the bustle, and the manager called me personally two days before the holidayon what must be one of their busiest days to set things right. Hard to find that level of customer service anywhere. Buy a ham,be a hero. Read more

Very good sandwiches and sides. Prices are reasonable and when compared to eating at ?Subway? there is no comparison. Sandwiches... are substantial and sides are great. It?s hard to see from freeway, so it?s usually not crowded. Read more

We go here every year but this year 2022 Thanksgiving we are so DISAPPOINTED in the Vanilla Rum Cakes that use to be 2.5LBS size... this year they are a awful 2.5LBS for a child to eat @ $22.00!!! WOW ?? so disappointed and how embarrassing to take this to athanksgiving lunch and for everyone to look at how small it is this year and it was for a child soooo embarrassing!!!!
