We decided to go here not remembering that it was Father?s Day morning before we arrived. It was busy with a wait. We waited... about 20 minutes to be seated which was sooner than I imagined. Our waitress took our order for our drinks quickly and broughtout the drinks In a timely fashion. We asked for some cream for our coffee but our cream didn?t arrive until we reminded ourwaitress again. She was apologetic and brought it right now. It was busy so we understood that remembering everything can betough. We ordered our meals and the food came out fast. It was exactly what we ordered and the eggs were cooked to ourpreferences. The bacon was cooked great. It was an awesome thickness, it was chewy but crunchy, and it had a sweetness to itthat I enjoyed. Pancakes were great but I?m not surprised since Pancake is in the restaurant name. My hacienda was interestingbut I actually really enjoyed it. It was like a Mexican inspired eggs Benedict. I feel if it wasn?t so busy we would have hadbetter service but since it was so busy and our table was often forgotten we had to give this place a 4 out of 5 stars. We willbe back of course though. I scheduled a breakfast meeting with a very close friend but I was in charge of picking the place to eat. The name of the... place jumped out at me, and it seemed to be family-owned and not a chain. I liked that immediately. The waiter was verypolite and very patient as it took me some time to decide since were both stunned by all the various food items on the menu. My friend and I both had omelets, but I had the spinach mushroom cheddar which was delicious. They weren't crowded at all, asI expected so we didn't have to wait too long to get our food. Our waiter was great, tending to us both without constantlyinterrupting our conversation. The Original Pancake House is close to the Hulen Mall and is within walking distance of Sprouts Farmers Market, and Home Depot. I think it's a great place for breakfast. Read more

This restaurant has the best pancakes! The taste and texture is perfect! The prices are great as well. The entire staff was... amazing. The hostess greeted us and was friendly. Our waitress, Cindy, was exceptional! I had her ringing in separate ordersbecause I couldn?t decide and asked her to put in a takeout order. She not once ever gave an attitude but was very pleasant andpolite about it. I will definitely be coming back here and to this location. They are hiring too! Read more

I just love it. It is one of the sites that since I discovered it, I have not stopped recommending it and the people who have... gone thanks to my recommendation simply thank me. It has an excellent family atmosphere and the treatment of the workers isalways the best, they are kind, friendly and very attentive. The treatment of the workers leaves a very good experience andthanks to them I always want to return. As for the food, I love everything, I have tried many of their dishes and none of themdisappoint me. If you are a bacon lover, this place is going to make you great. Five stars for customer service because of the waitress that assisted us; however, the women hostesses were rude and very... disinterested in assisting outside of murmuring a few words for guests to sign in. When they seat you, they say nothing. Twostars for the food. Our waitress was superb, but the food ? which was not a fault of hers, was very bland and a waste of moneyhonestly. I didn?t finish a thing. I had blueberry waffles, chocolate chip pancakes, and the Cloudie French toast and nothingwas good. When I think of a blueberry waffle, chocolate chip pancake or French toast, I am thinking the waffle has blueberrieswithin it not just placed on top making it soggy. Same with the chocolate chip pancakes which was actually the better of thethree because the French toast was nothing but egg and no toast. The eggs were okay, but honestly it?s the type of food you canmake at home it?s not really gourmet or out of the box flavors or breakfast creations.
