The food was great and the wait staff are always friendly which is saying something when you consider they seem to be... perpetually shorthanded. The constant noise and yelling in orders drives me a little nuts because I have hearing loss and it'shard to distinguish any one thing when so many loud voices are going at once. BUT, that is Waffle House. It's the same in anyeatery with open grill behind the bar and any number of wait staff packed into one area. The food and friendliness of the staffcan make it worth it. And at this one, it does. If you don't like the noise, bring earplugs along with your appetite. Read more
This Waffle House location is great. I have never had a bad server, they are always super friendly and help me decide what to... order bc I am so indecisive and do not like eggs. This is also one of my kids' favorite spots for breakfast, lunch or dinner! Read more

That is quite a remarkable description for food - "endless improvisation" ? improvisation =the action of improvising. Makes sense now. Our waitress was great, but the food was terrible :( The hash browns were submergedin oil/butter, which made it the consistency of a soup/mushy. There was hardly any brown on the hash. Baeza, thank you for a wonderful and perfect experience at Waffle House today! We live in San Antonio so when we were traveling... through and saw Waffle House....we had to stop! Our last several times at other locations have been horrible. However, you madethis one perfect! The cooks made this one perfect! I can not say enough great things about our experience today. If you find yourself wanting a late night breakfast and enjoy meeting Kind, funny and delightful staff members, this is the... waffle house for you. The late night shift is the perfect place to eat a nostalgic breakfast and enjoy talking to some funloving servers and cooks. In particular there is a cook Mike and a lovely waitress Savannah (who normally works second shift)and another several other night shifters who just make you feel like a friend. I enjoy eating and giggling with them. Food wasgood, coffee was fresh and atmosphere was on point. Thanks Night shift for your hospitality. My husband and I went to Waffle House for breakfast. We arrived at 11am on Sunday morning and we were thinking it would be... really crowded, but we were wrong. I pulled right into a parking stall. It was plenty of room to park, and they have Handicap ??parking as well. We walked right in and there was a booth available in front and we sat right down. Our waitress came rightaway and greeted us, and asked what we would like to drink. She brought our drinks and took our orders. My husband and I orderedthe same dishes which was the All Star Special, and that dish has eggs, grits, toast,sausage, and waffles. That's perfect forthe low cost of $9.75!! It's a great deal of food. I had so much, I had to ask for a container to take the rest home! My husbandalso had coffee ?? for $2.50 a cup. We received our breakfast rather quickly. The waitress was very polite and helpful. I thinkthe restaurant could be a little more cleaner. Unfortunately the floor underneath our table had food all on the floor and otherbooths as well. It appears that maybe some of the booths were taken out because there were not that many booths in thisparticular Restaurant ????. I gave 4 stars because I felt for the amount of booths in there that the place could be a bitcleaner. The food was ok. Welcome to WaHo! There's good comfort food, great service and you know what you're going to get no matter which one you visit.... The staff is always on point. I still feel the same about the food now as I recall when I was a little kid. Not sure how they doit, but they make the softest eggs anywhere. Which is probably why they have the best omelettes anywhere! Read more
