I was just there 11/12/22 about 9pm. I saw a customer just flat out losing her mind towards the staff. The Manager on duty... handled it like a pro as did the rest of the staff. Still providing friendly and prompt service to the rest of us. I'm proud togive this store 5 stars. I frequent there and have always received great service, always a smile and thanks from staff. Looked good but the chicken wasn?t fresh at all
My mobile order was not ready for pick up but I was offered a complimentary drink or frosty for the wait. Very friendly staff... and food was fresh and order was correct. Read more
One of the best Wendy's locations in the entire nation, and as a former truck driver I've eaten at Wendy's all across this great... nation. The manager, Mr. Benjamin, always makes sure you are satisfied and his management team are quick to fix any mistakes orproblems you may have, if you have an issue Mr. Benjamin makes it right. I had the worst experience last night 7-2-2022 at this location and definitely will not do business here again. I came around... 11.30pm and ordered the biggie meal and asked for fresh food. Also to add pickle and onion and a chocolate frosty. Afterwaiting the food I received was trash. Nuggets were old as if they sat out all way and were dry and Luke warm. Cries weredisgusting like they were cooked in contaminated grease I threw them away! And my chicken sandwich was definitely not fresh itwas cold the cheese they had put on was cold it was jus horrible! Someone needs to do something about this immediately ! What a nice place. We met the manager and his daughter tonight when we went and they were so friendly and the food was made... really quickly and the whole restaurant was one of the cleanest fast food joints I've ever seen. Very good food and nice staff.Would recommend for a quick stop for sure. Read more
