The highly promoted pretzel bacon pub burger costs 6.19 for the sandwich and 10.50 for the meal. As luck would have it, I... ordered the sandwich only at the drive through but when I arrived home what I got was a chicken sandwich. I returned to thestore and they were nice enough about fixing it, but there's nothing they can do to undo the aggravation of making twotrips. Sadly, the much touted sandwich was a disappointment. Not nearly as good as hyped, not worth one trip, let alone twotrips. Wendy's is a mediocre hamburger place to start with and the pretzel bacon pub is no exception. Overhyped, overpriced andit just gets worse if it takes two trips to get it. Read more

7/03/22 Went through the drive-through I repeated my order twice, When I got to the 2nd window I was only given 2 of my items, I... let the young man know that I was missing an item and he told me that he was sorry but the lady that took my order only got 2items, So I gave him some money to order my 3rd item the manager came back with my money and told me that they can't take myorder at the window. So I basically would have to get back in line to order my last item. The mistake was made on their partsbut I was the one that was gonna have to waste my time. There's a closer Wendy's by my house on sycamore school road but Irefuse to go there because they have horrible service. So I drove out of my way by way for them not to have any cheese sauce andthen mess up my order. Wendy's is really going down with their customer service. Read more
Great food lady was rude in the drive through so we went inside and had a much better experience food was excellent.
