I like Wendy?s, but this location makes it hard for me to keep going back to the company. On a simple order they had me waiting... over 20 mins outside to only receive the wrong flavor drink and the completely wrong sandwich. They gave me attitude over thetransaction, and kept the receipts to try and hide their errors. Don?t waste your time and money at this store. Maybe somethingbetter will take up the location. Great food but slow drive-thru service. I thought the guy was training but no. Too slow. Told me to "hold on" twice.

Wouldn?t recommend eating here. The lady taking our order was extremely rude during the entire visit. She rushed us to order... only for us to end up sitting in the drive-thru for ten minutes. In addition to the terrible customer service, my chickensandwich was dry, not hot and tasted old as if it had been sitting out. All of my fries were stuck together like they?d been inthe fry container for hours before I ordered them. My food was good, and it was served quickly. Unfortunately some of my spicy nuggets were cold, but they were happy to remake... them for me, and even bring them out to me. Considering it was lunch time and the line outside was long I dined in. Read more
I've always gone to this Wendy's and rarely do I have problems.. I had to announce myself to order after waiting. I wasn't... offered my receipt, normally I check my at the window when going through the drive thru.. I pulled up by the door the check myfood and I was missing food. I drove back around and finally made it up to the window I told the lady working the drive thru Iwas missing an order of fries. Not only did I get cold fries but it was half of what I should gotten.
