This location constantly frustrates me. I hate that I live near by but I should. The drive thru is always so slow. You'd think... that someone orders and they cook the full meal fresh, check them out and give them their food before moving to the next personBut Nooo. Just tried hot honey chicken sandwhich. Not good. Dry a$$ sandwich. Not enough sauce or honey. Cheese wasn't melted. This Wendy's has terrible Management, customer service, and food. This location is a disgrace to Wendy's chain and brand. ... Tried to get refund on a meal they totally got wrond and would give a customer burnt fries. Management refused to refund moneybecause he doesn't have authority to do so. I strongly recommend more training on customer service. Please contact Chick-fil-Ato help you guys with this. Do not go to this location are you will be disappointed. I just got my food here and they took soo long, the cashier was talking on the phone the other lady was wearing her headphone.... On the other hand the fries barely filled the box, theyre old fries, the burgers are very cold and the packaging is horrible. Read more
I get a lot of food from this Wendy's the people are friendly and my food is always hot and fresh. The drive-thru does get... backed up quite often though. And there's no particular time of day.
