The SLOWEST drive-thru I've ever experienced, twice. Not just a one off. Both times were between 7-9pm on separate days but I... waited 25 minutes for a single cheeseburger... aren't these patties never frozen? What's taking so long? I know they ain'tdefrosting. The first time I was waiting over 15 minutes for a 4-for-4. I should've learned my lesson the first time. Food isgood yeah - it's a Wendy's. But I could've walked home, fired up the grill, and made one myself by the time I got theirs. Read more

This was the 3rd time in a 10 day period we went to get Strawberry Frosty's and were told they were out each time. This time... they were out of the baked potatoes as well, waited in the drive through for 47 minutes get home(1.5 miles) food was cold likeit had been sitting there for over an hour. How is it that every time we go there it is an issue. And this is a newer location.Too many kids employed that just doesn't care. Please, hire some people that care about what they do and not close the storedown before the scheduled time. Read more

They can never put an order together correctly something is always wrong or missing. Then they don't answer the phone when you... call. I've given them 3 chances already and all three chances I've had things missing from my order or something wrong. I calledcorporate on them I was told the district manager would call me. It's been a week no call yet. If district management can't gettheir stuff together then the hopes of the store getting it together are not likely. I told corporate the entire staff needs tobe wiped clean and start over. I hate leaving negative reviews. Read more

It sucks you can?t give them a BIG FAT ZERO!! The girls working the drive thru where the RUDEST 2 girls. I did not choose your... jobs you did. The food was so flipping cold and the fries where soggy. I paid $23 dollars and expected the food to be at leastwarm but stone cold. ???? The owner or manager does not seem to care about all the bad reviews from what I have reading. I willnever go back to that location. Read more

Unfortunately, not a good experience. I know the company is going through a transition but... this location is rough. Severely... understaffed, 20 min wait in the drive through for one meal and 2 frostys. Burger was made wrong, only one frosty came out so wehad to ask for the drive through window to open up for the other. Lots of trash in the parking lot and the menu board lookedbroken. New owners should get a good deal because they have a lot of work to do. Read more

Absolutely horrible customer service waiting in line for 2 items for 30 minutes. While there is 5 employees inside. Customers... were driving off because how long it was taking them to take an order. This Wendy's used to be good and fast now it's gonedownhill it's not even worth going. They get your food wrong it's cold and the bread is hard and stale. And the sad thing is whywould the employees give customers that kind of food if they wouldn't even eat it themselves, I guarantee you if any of those 5employees were at another restaurant and they were treated the same way they would be very unhappy. Before i say anything, i want yall to know i am NOT one to complain? but every time we come to this location they mess up our... orders and sometimes we all don?t feel well the same night. Today we went and not only did they mess up our orders per usual,the burger tasted really gross only to look down and theres THIS!!! (Ignore our dirty hands it was a long day) we are big fansof Wendy?s but this killed it entirely for us. Read more
