Came to this location at 11am seems like food would be fresh. I ordered a 4 for 4 and when I tell you my burger was just slapped... together slathered on ketchup with a bun so hard it had to come from last week?s delivery. They need to do better. I live in the neighborhood and my whole family was excited for this location to open up. Can't say it lasted for long. I am a... manager at a fast food chain and the way this location is ran infuriates and disgusts me... especially for a relatively newlocation... I will not be returning although I know the staff definitely doesn't care. I went in to attempt to eat yesterday....the store was trashed... not a clean table in sight.. there was absolutely no customers either inside or drive thru.... therewas about 9 employees all doing absolutely NOTHING. We walked in and were just stared at and ignored.. they continued theirconversation... a manager came out... saw us.. didn't say a word... asked everyone who was on the register.. they said theydidn't know... manager walked away, still didn't say anything... well a few minutes later... an employee finally came forwardand said they were out of fries, nuggets, cups and some other stuff... absolutely ridiculous.... Went to Wendy's around 6:45 pm, got home with food: Baked potato ... no sour cream, no fork. Asked for my son's Jr Bacon to be... PLAIN, it says plain on the receipt but it has ketchup, onion, pickle and no bacon. I ordered an extra 4 piece nugget, one ofthe boxes only has 3 nuggets in it. How can you mess up an order so bad! Also, I asked for chili.. they didn't have any. Istarted coming to this location because the one closer to my house on Oakmont has employees who are completely incompetent andwho will argue with you. I guess my fat behind doesn't need to eat Wendy's, it's a sign. Read more
The southwest salad is small and missing ingredients. Was not good at all for $8 I should have went to Salad to go.
I'm not sure what exactly is going on with this location, as it is still relatively new...The daytime staff are always polite... and welcoming. However, the same cannot be said about the night time staff. The drive through person has a terrible attitude, Isvery rude and very impatient. It's already infuriating enough that for some reason after 9 p.m, this location won't servefrostees. Let alone some teenager having a terrible attitude because I need to moment to review the menu? No, thank you. Iliterally live in the community nearby and was excited for the opening of this location. Now, I won't even consider returning toit. A real inconvenience for myself and others that second this experience and opinion in the nearby neighborhoods. I definitelysuggest some sort of managerial intervention, otherwise you will continue to loose patrons over terrible customer service. Read more
The place is fine, however, do not buy a salad. The $7 southwest salad was not worth it. Very small, some wilted lettuce and... although it does have some chicken chunks and a dollup of guacamole, it has not much else. The salad dressing for this was superwatery, so not sure if that is how it is supposed to be. Read more
I haven't had a bad experience here yet. Good, tender and crispy chicken nuggets and refreshing sweet tea. Customer service is... good but this one lady, Ms. Elizabeth, always puts it over the top for me. She is delightful ????. Word to the wise; go duringthe morning or possibly lunchtime before the unprofessional and disrespectful crew gets there in the evening???? Read more
First. I went to the location on Sycamore School Road and Crowley Road. We had an online order placed before 12am, they close at... 1. When we pulled up to the speaker she told us they were closed. Regardless of order placed. Not the first time. I've lost atleast $100 because nobody is held accountable for orders placed and paid for but management has closed early. 2nd location.Order is placed by 1230am. They close at 1am. We arrive at 5 til. Nobody greeted at speaker, so we pulled around to window. Theemployee we saw was actively ignoring us. She did come to window and said they were closed. And that the order came after theyclosed. I said you close at 1. She said "listen lady, I'm the General Manager, I close when I want. We don't make the fooduntil you arrive.
