I like the burgers just fine but I just can't handle the customer service. Tried again today, went inside to avoid the huge... delay in drive thru. Ordered and 35 minutes later, no food. They couldn't find our food, which was 3 Whataburgers. They handledthis by just repeatedly asking one another about it while we kept waiting. One of them complained about just wanting to go home.We ended up asking for a refund and walked out and went somewhere else. This is a pattern. Please do better, I want to see yourrestaurant succeed. Ok....this location is not good. Mind you they have two lanes so you think they will be able to keep up. Nope. Waited close to... 20 minutes for 3 hamburgers. Customer service was horrible. no apologies, or updates every time the kid passed by. This was thesecond time too. I tried to be empathetic but seriously? The manager was just on the phone the whole time I was waiting. If it'sa shortage of people in the back cooking, step in bro! Not organized at all. And then our order was wrong....so yeah. Not good. Get my man Sunday a raise. It took one hour to get through the line, but some shirtless dude was dancing outside so I had... entertainment. That burger took so long but I understand because that burger was so good, it had my spine tingling and my toescurling. Dont mind my camera quality, it does not do the burger justice. Read more

We've been here before and it wasn't bad but today during the lunch hour it was so slow. I placed an online order and picked up... curbside. After about 20 min I went in to ask if they had gotten the order. The cashier checked and said they were waiting onthe chicken. It took another 5-7 min. So almost half an hour. At least they got the order right. Read more

The only food in Texas worth waiting 20min in the drive through for. Just to be clear, not sarcasm. Everything here is... actually cooked to order. No business is immune to bad days but they are so rare here I never notice, the industry isunderstaffed yet this Whataburger shines! keep up the great eats! Read more

Placed a mobile order to hopefully get everything processed faster only to arrive and wait 25 minutes for pancakes and... hashbrowns From what I saw and heard, the communication between the line and cashier to manager was non-existent. With thepossibility of a small team working and maybe not enough food prepped, I can only assume that this chain is I?ll-prepared tohandle any type of rush hour Read more

This location is getting worst by the day . I?ve always enjoyed visiting this location because it?s the close to my home but if... I?m going to receive food that looks like this then I rather travel far out. I added to my burger avocado and cheese, do you seeit? Called up to the store for them to correct it ? still no cheese on the NEWLY made burger. Can they not read, or work underpressure because this is bs . My sandwich looks like vomit the way it was thrown together! Highly unlikely I?ll visit this storeagain . Read more

I came to this location with my family for late lunch at 1pm in the afternoon. They were out of chicken strips, out of Dr.... Pepper, out of Coca cola, and out of sweet tea. 3 people got their food delivered to them who ordered after my family. When Iwalked up to the kitchen asking where my food was, it was bagged up (we were dining in), and it was sitting on the counter getting cold. I took the food because I had 3 small kids who were all hungry right then. There was no offer to immediately getfresh fries (which were clearly cold). When I asked to speak to the manager, she had a puzzled look on her face like she wasn'texactly sure how to handle the situation. There was little sense of urgency to fix our concern. After speaking with her, I wentback to my table and checked on cold fries, cold hamburgers and an unhappy family who had been waiting for fresh food. Ireturned to the kitchen myself to bring back cold french fries and to get fresh ones. Again, no sense of urgency to fix theirmistake and several workers had to be told in order to get anyone to actually act. I'm highly disappointed in the service ofthe worker and the manager. I don't want to tell you how to do your job (being the customer). I want others to do their jobcorrectly and timely without me having to explain to them what customer service is supposed to look like. Read more
