People should check how they're being charge, cause we ordered 2 meals which equals around $15 but he was charging us 19 cause... he had to charge fries, drink and burger separately cause management didn't want to many tickets for back people.. which thatmakes it an extra $4 charge for the customer ???? Majority of their reviews are FAKE & FLABBERGASTED! Be weary when coming to spend your money here. They post their own reviews,... if you order and don?t get your receipt they go on there with your receipt and post their own reviews to make it seem likethey?re good! They don?t clean their tea urns, they food comes out cold majority of the time! They?ve got someone in morningshift who doesn?t use gloves even when picking up meat and then preparing your food. I also like to add I?ve waited over 30 minsfor my food one time. I?ve got a friend who works there who tells me how nasty and bad their grills get and they don?t cleanem! As well as the front desk soda machine they HAVEN?T cleaned the nozzles. Staff was incompetent. Person running the register was painful to watch fumbling around. Took well over 5 minutes to ring up a... basic order. Then the order was wrong. Ended up just eating what she rang up. Took 20 minutes to bring order out but theyonly brought the food and not the shakes so they had to go back to make those. Was surprisingly quick. My order was done on time and correct. I placed an online order here. The curbside service is usually... slow. I end up having to go in to collect the order. Other than that, all else goes well. Read more
The manager here is off the chain. I got a blue cheeseburger it really didn't have very much blue cheese on it but she gave me a... little bit more with some of the sauce and that was one dang good burger. It's nice to go to a Whataburger with a manager thatis nice and friendly, cuz they're not all like that. Read more
This location is lacking on leadership, they are constantly screwing up orders I've complained about them several times.... Managers seem to be unfazed or bothered by their employees lack of knowledge of completing a simple order. I truly wouldn'tsuggest eating at this location until they put in place better management/leadership. I have made YouTube videos showing myfollowers watch how easy it is for them to mess up a simple order. If you want your order completed correctly I suggest going toa different location or make sure you do not leave until you check your order because they are guaranteed to screw it up. Read more
So, we love Whataburger. But we stopped at this Fort Worth location and, yeah, not so great. It took forever to get our food... through drive-through and it wasn't that busy. It was about 9 p.m. Once we got our food, no ketchup ...2 napkins, fries werecold. Look, again, we've been to many Whataburgers, and normally, they are good. We wouldn't recommend this location. Just beaware, there are like 10 locations in North Fort Worth and like 2 on the more SE side. We had no idea until we were on the SEside of the city. Read more
11/17/2022 Just stopped in to try the new breakfast bacon bowl and it's spot on. It's my new addiction. Where has this been?...
