Run by children that can?t manage a fast food restaurant. You?ll sit in one of TWO lines (for whatever reason) for about 15-25... min in the morning before they even talk to you, they love to play busy and not look at the customer at the window which ishighly unprofessional and at this point I expect nothing less from a whataburger. This Whataburger has really gone down hill over the years. Service takes forever and the staff is less then motivated to provide... anything remotely close to satisfaction. I was the only one in the drive thru when I arrived. They had to ask me several times what my order was. (Lg coke and a sausage... biscuit) i get to the window and wait. She then asks me to pull up while she took care of all the orders that came behind me.She then asked me to pull up and the cars behind me got their orders in a timely fashion. 20 minutes of waiting and I still didnot recieve my food. She finally came out and asked me what my order was! I told her never mind and drove off. I didn't even goin and try to get my money back. I did report to corporate, with no response. Read more
