I'm sure this is the best Whataburger I've ever been to, I'm really not used to customer service anymore. This Whataburger has really gone down hill over the years. Service takes forever and the staff is less then motivated to provide... anything remotely close to satisfaction. I didn't believe what most reviews says they are slow..but when i went there couple days ago..i experienced how slow they are!... The sweet and spicy burger is pretty good and the fries are good and crispy but that's where the goodness ends. People in the... food service industry need to know that just because you have on gloves that does not mean they self sanitize. I observed ayoung man with his gloves on run his hands down the inside of the back band of his pants, rub his hair, play with his cap andstill disrespect the customer's food by handling it. 1 star is a compliment. The last 2 times I've been here (not to mention several times prior) my order has come out wrong, and... I've been over charged for items I did not receive. I paid over $20 for 2 FULL SIZED meals and got junior burgers without thecheese I paid for and with toppings I asked to be removed. "Be kind to the employees that showed up" signs only work if theemployees actually work and get orders correct. I'm the first to be kind to those in customer service, but these people simplydon't care at all when orders are wrong and literally say "my manager said sorry" instead of just making it right. Called thephone number on the receipt and got a recording that said they would call me back when it was my turn and was hung up on.Absolutely disappointing to the brand as a whole. Read more
I was the only one in the drive thru when I arrived. They had to ask me several times what my order was. (Lg coke and a sausage... biscuit) i get to the window and wait. She then asks me to pull up while she took care of all the orders that came behind me.She then asked me to pull up and the cars behind me got their orders in a timely fashion. 20 minutes of waiting and I still didnot recieve my food. She finally came out and asked me what my order was! I told her never mind and drove off. I didn't even goin and try to get my money back. I did report to corporate, with no response. Read more
