I placed my order for curbside but no one never brought my food i had to go inside to get my food. I waited in my car 10-15... mins after checking in the app that i arrived before i went inside and when i spoke to the lady at the counter and told her ihad a order for curbside she walked off. she didnt say let me check on your order or give me a moment, she just walked off whichi found rude and she started handing out orders. she finally gave me my order (rudely) my food was cold. i do curbside all thetime and never had an issue. this is my 1st time doing it with this location and will not go back to this location due to thisexperience. Wow. Absolutely crazy. I'm used to whatburger taking their time because it's fresh. I ordered at 10:45 on the mobile app. 2... drinks and 2 apple pies. It's currently 11:30 and I'm still waiting on my order. I did call the store at 11:10 and was told itwould be out shortly. I'm shocked. I was told to park in the 2nd lane and sat while car after car got their orders. I've sat andwatched at least 20 cars pass. Then they didn't know what my order was. This has to be the worst meal I've ever had at a Whataburger I've been to. My sister got sick before we even left. But mine was... so crunchy I couldn't finish it. I don't think the crew wanted to be there. And we had three in our party they brought to thetable 2 napkins, and when I went back up to the counter to ask for more she gave me 2 more, now come on I had barbecue chickenstrip sandwich and my sister had patty melt. Awesome Banana Pudding Shake!!! I really appreciated the time Joe Joe took to make it. Excellent customer service this afternoon... at store #1368. Everyone spoke to me upon arriving here. Who were very cordial and attentive in visiting this location.Regina?..I don?t know you. But I do know that you are not just a manager here at this location and more a mentor to your teammembers. Doing a fantastic job in customer service!!! It?s a big difference between store locations locally and this store #1368most definitely treat you like you?re part of the Whataburger Family. SLOW SERVICE!!! One person in front of us, took ten minutes to order and another 10+ minutes before receiving our order....... fries where cold and hard.... Apparently drive thru received service first. Breakfast sandwiches were good! Read more
Went through drive-through at this particular Whataburger on our way home from an appointment. The young lady who took our order... was quite friendly but apparently couldn't understand our order even though we repeated it several times. My husband's burgerwas perfect but my burger was a mess. We love Whataburger but will not visit this one again. Read more
