Burger was made sloppy with semi done bacon , nothing but kids working and what 2 adult managers , kids don?t care, on the phone... , manager rolled her eyes when calling her for help about something I spent my money on. I had a bad experience here. I went for their grand opening and even though they were busy, it took them way longer than... expected. I ordered an avocado bacon burger, an order of chicken bites, and an order of onion rings. I ordered at 7:27pm insidethe restaurant. They had a full staff of teenagers who were gossiping and not focusing on their task at hand. They probably hadabout 20 teenagers with 3 adults. After the people behind me got their orders, I questioned the person at the counter about myorder. She asked the teenager working who went to another teenager who said she didn't know about my order. Finally, I flaggeddown an adult manager who said they were waiting on the chicken bites. It was 7:47pm at this point. I then saw the manager go tothe teenager working the chicken station and they argued back and forth. The manager then told me it would be three minutesbefore my order was ready. Sure enough, three minutes later, the manager gave me my order of chicken bites. No burger. No onionrings. I then showed him my receipt and he apologized and said the rings were ready and out them in a bag for me. I then askedabout my burger and they made it right then. I?d never had Whataburger before, so after some drinks we had a late night munchie food run. It was around 1-2am. The lady... taking our order in the drive thru was really nice and funny since some of us were from out of town, so she made a fewsuggestions. I got the new Hatch Green Chile Bacon burger with a side of onion rings. I was not expecting the burger to becolossal - it certainly didn?t look that way in the menu picture. That big boi was a triple patty and it was made to order. Icouldn?t really taste the chile honestly. It had a good amount of bacon however. But overall it was just a very meaty and heartyburger. I definitely couldn?t finish it all. (I ended up finishing later the next day when I drank some more lol) Unfortunatelythe onion rings weren?t fresh. Not hot or crispy. I did enjoy that they had spicy ketchup as a condiment. Not bad for my firstexperience, but I would def get something else next time.
