Ordered ahead on the app and still ended up waiting over 20 minutes for my order. I had to ask for my drink since it wasn't... given to me with my order. The employee handed me a drink that had been sitting, waiting on my food. When I asked how long ithad been sitting, he claimed he had just fixed it. The problem was I had been watching him shuffle around from the time I askedfor my order and he didn't go near the drink machine. And if he had just fixed the drink how did he forget to give it to me? Ipoured it out and fixed a fresh drink. He went to the back and refused to acknowledge me waiting to ask for ketchup. This place is hit or miss. On some occasions we receive the best service/correct order and at other times people seem to care... less even when they get it wrong. I know a lot of places are still struggling to find good people that will actually show up, sothere?s that. The drive thru usually has a pretty good, friendly staff. This location is awesome if you are out late and need somewhere to get a meal. Both the building and the parking lot is well lit... which makes it feel like a safe place to be at night. Food is good and usually hot when you get it. They move the line at a goodpace and are typically really nice at the window. Read more
Well, this place has gone down hill. Ordered ahead with a 8:55 to 9am pickup window. Arrived within that window and after... waiting almost 20 minutes I ended up having to go in the store and request my order. So much for curbside. Picture of receiptattached to show proof of purchase. Read more

I have never been disappointed at a Whataburger. I placed an order using my app, and it said the time in between that it will be... ready. The order was given to me 15 minutes later than the latest time. This location was fully staffed and was not busy. Therewas barely only two people eating inside.
