Ordered ahead on the app and still ended up waiting over 20 minutes for my order. I had to ask for my drink since it wasn't... given to me with my order. The employee handed me a drink that had been sitting, waiting on my food. When I asked how long ithad been sitting, he claimed he had just fixed it. The problem was I had been watching him shuffle around from the time I askedfor my order and he didn't go near the drink machine. And if he had just fixed the drink how did he forget to give it to me? Ipoured it out and fixed a fresh drink. He went to the back and refused to acknowledge me waiting to ask for ketchup. This place is hit or miss. On some occasions we receive the best service/correct order and at other times people seem to care... less even when they get it wrong. I know a lot of places are still struggling to find good people that will actually show up, sothere?s that. The drive thru usually has a pretty good, friendly staff. The manager was also very happy help with my son withwhat he needed for his HOCO proposal. Read more
This location is awesome if you are out late and need somewhere to get a meal. Both the building and the parking lot is well lit... which makes it feel like a safe place to be at night. Food is good and usually hot when you get it. They move the line at a goodpace and are typically really nice at the window. Read more
Well, this place has gone down hill. Ordered ahead with a 8:55 to 9am pickup window. Arrived within that window and after... waiting almost 20 minutes I ended up having to go in the store and request my order. So much for curbside. Picture of receiptattached to show proof of purchase. Read more
This Whataburger location has the best customer service of any Whataburger I have ever been to! They are so friendly, quick, and... on point. The food is always hot, fresh, and tasty. I drive further to go to this location just to avoid the Hulen location.Keep it up! Read more
My visit was on 7/19/2022 at 11:26pm Waited 40 minutes for the food and paid for a #2 Double Meat but got an single meat and... have called three times and no one is answering the phone. Poor customer service always happen at night here. Read more
The drive thru staff has been awesome every time I have been. My food has consistently tasted great, even better than other... locations. And the person giving the drinks wiped the outside of my cup before giving it to me. That might not mean anything toothers but to me that means the world. Read more
I have never been disappointed at a Whataburger. I placed an order using my app, and it said the time in between that it will be... ready. The order was given to me 15 minutes later than the latest time. This location was fully staffed and was not busy. Therewas barely only two people eating inside. The thing is that they told me that the order was being work and I waited 15 minuteslater, and it was only a grilled cheese of the kids meal, no meat?unbelievable? Read more
