We have been here multiple times and it is always unbearably cold, if you dine in you must take sweaters and jackets to sit... there and eat quick because your food will get cold. Staff is rude no customer service what so ever. They all hang out in theback laughing and playing around. If you need something it takes forever for someone to acknowledge that there is someone in thecounter waiting to order or needing something. Food was soggy not flavored correctly. Only the outside of the wing had theseasoning as soon as you bit into the wing it was plain flavorless chicken. Not fried correctly skin was soggy. Large fries werenot filled they probably gave us half of the portion. Oh and it took forever to get our food but there was plenty of staffsocializing in the back. Mango habanero was not spicy at all. I did a call in order, and the young lady on the phone made sure to let me know what the current wait time was. After I said it... was okay, I placed my order and she read everything back to me twice just to make sure it was correct. When I called again laterto add something to my order, they had no problem at all.. Everyone was nice and made conversation. Food was good. It was a goodexperience overall. Read more
I made online order called the restaurant to clarify my order Marcus(Demarcus) answered he was extremely friendly and helpful!!... Once I arrive only waited less than 5 minute Jeremiah help me and was also very helpful and seem like a willing multitaskinghardworking employee. Seems like this store may struggle a bit with finding long term employees but hope this two stick around.Owner/management needs to show appreciation to good employees. Read more
I was very excited to get a Wing Stop so close to my house, at least before they opened. They never answer the phone so don?t... bother trying that. You have to order through the app which forces you to pay via credit card even for carry-out. Food has beencold the past three times and the fries, which are awesome at other locations, we soggy and cold, like day old cold. Not surewhat happened to this franchise but Shai, if you?re listening, please hire better employees and a manager over the legaldrinking age. Read more
Ordered the new chicken sandwhich? it was terrible. The patty was maybe 1/4 inch thick and 90% breading. Go across the street... and get a mcChicken for $1.50 it?ll be so much better and actually have some protein. Read more
Placed an in line order and was told when to pick it up. I got there and wasn't even acknowledged as other patrons were. I got... the lady's attention and told her my name. She went and checked on my order and I was told they are waiting on the fries. 10minutes later, I asked about my food and same lady said they were still working on it. 10 minutes later, I asked a differentgirl and she told me they were just waiting on the fries... wait... thats what I was told 20 minutes ago.
