Placed a pickup order, was treated disrespectfully by blonde girl working front desk when just checking to see if order was... ready, then we didn?t even receive one of our items and we will not be driving all the way back out tonight. Overall horribleexperience in what is usually one of our favorite places. Will have to start driving further out to get better service itseems. Update? also did not follow special instructions on our order with food sensitivities on the items we did receive. Whathorrible service is this? Decided to have a quick lunch at BW3. Atmosphere was great. Service was fast and pleasant. My daughter was pretty caught up with... all the TVs playing, the music, and pictures to look at. ???? Lunch specials start at 11am. 2 lunch meals, both with fries anddrinks was only 21$ and some change. Not bad st all compared to come places. Definitely recommend BW3! Read more
Good service. I like that they started bringing the food out when it's fresh rather than wait for everything to be ready for the... table. Wings are pretty expensive unless you go on one of the BOGO days (Tuesday for traditional, Thurs. for boneless). Theyare also pretty stingy with the sauce, so you probably want to order extra. They usually have a beer special for a good price($3-4) for a good-sized draught. Cheesy potato wedges are excellent. Read more
Got delivery to a hotel. They forgot my Salad dressing, and utensils for salad. They again only gave half a cup of sauce for a... five piece chicken meal. So now i have a salad with no dressing, nothing to eat it with, and almost no hot sauce. Pretty bummed. Read more
Food was good only problem I'd say was I had app and it showed a chicken sandwich special. I got it with fries. There were two... price's listed. One with fries and one not. So before we left my friend and I got to go orders for our husbands. Mine didn'twant the fries. They made me buy them. A family of five comes out to dinner places their order at the same time, you bring out one person?s food and about 15 minutes... later brought out a second person?s food, about 10 minutes later you brought out person three enforce food in a couple minuteslater brought out the last meal. We complain to the waitress that we were a family and wanted to eat together we had to coverthe first to peoples food with napkins to try to keep it somewhat warm while waiting for the rest of the food. The first mealwas brought out it was brought out on a tray with food for another table the second person?s meal was brought out on a tray withfood for another table why would you not bring everybody?s food for that table at one time it wasn?t a large party it wasn?tlike 30 meals that you couldn?t carry at one time it was five meals why would you bring it out separately we all came togetherwe wanted to eat dinner together and instead two of us ate cold food because we waited for the other people in our party to gettheir meals because those are my children. The cooking staff was ready to walk out they were sick and tired of the way themanager is treating them the waitresses were upset they were being yelled at by customers and that?s not fair to them when it?sthe manager who?s telling them to take food one at a time to people instead of cooking everybody in that parties meal and takingcare of it. Went here with my son. I have been to several and I've been disappointed in the quality of the food. It was a pleasant surprise... to find the food was excellent and the service was great! We got our food in a timely manner and everything was better thanexpected! I would highly recommend and will definitely be back again. We ordered the blue burgers and the hottest wings theyhad. Excellent choice for us and did not disappoint. We had the boneless wings and they were crispy and the sauce was justright. The burgers were almost too big to bite and wear massive! Read more
Was told it was a 30 minute wait. 1 hour later we had a table. They waited for 1 specific table to leave before they sat us... because we had a party of 7. They could have pulled 2 tables together. We had to wait while they sat multiple parties in frontof us. Then they didn't bring one of the orders of wings. So while everyone ate my son sat with no food. And they didn't rushhis food at all!
