I will absolutely be calling HR after speaking with the joke that is management at this establishment. She was rude, told me she... made my order right when she clearly didn't. Old, dried out chicken that is DEFINITELY NOT a double portion. No salsas, and anabsolute ridiculous amount of cooked AND RAW onions!! I'm a line cook, I'm not hard to please and understand that stuff happensbut atleast have the decency to take responsibilities for YOUR mistakes! Read more
No one ever gets a five there's always room improvement, even Chick-fil-A where workers make you feel like family gets a four ?.
Definitely rivals Chipotle and QDoba. I like that they offer taco seasoned ground beef.
This location is more consistent than any I've visited in the area. The staff is great and the food is typically... awesome. Unfortunately they sometimes have misses. The biggest issue I've found is the rice quality. The cilantro is alwayswilted and the rice is often undercooked or overcooked. Otherwise the experience is almost always great. Read more
