Embarrassed. The 2nd pic is of an employee that just finished blowing her nose at the register, proceeded to eyeball the... boogers, then start handling food without washing her hands. Not enough workers during lunch rush time. I witnessed at least12-15 people told that they would have to wait 30-40 minutes due to having a lot of tickets?.they left. Lost revenue. This place is terribly dysfunctional. For a place that opens at 10:30 and has employees on lunch/smoke breaks at 11:45 is... terrible. As I waited for my food an argument developed over roles and responsibilities. During their conversations multiplecuss words were used including the f-bomb. I think at one point the manager may have stepped in and the cursing employee toldher she was "thinking out loud and if she were talking to her, she would know." I get my food home and find out the meal Iordered with no cheese, does in fact have cheese on it. I try calling the store several times only for them to not answer thephone. This place is a joke. I've been to several other stores that were the complete opposite, this place may need advisefrom the downtown store or the Burlington store. Read more

Penn Station is one of my favorite fast food restaurants. But this location is by far the worst of all the locations I have... visited. There is always 100?s of fries on the ground around the cooking station. Not just at lunch or dinner time. This isfrom open to close. The food always tastes undercooked. And the personal has the nastiest attitudes towards their customers. Itwould be hard to find a restaurant that is less inviting as this location. Read more

Probably the worst store I've ever experienced as far as quantity and quality smallest medium portion of my life, penn station... usually all I've been to has be awesome not this one. Waited ten minutes on the person at register to stop poking there head inan out the back door an come take my money. They where all very nice though. My food was not worth 40.00 for what I got. Team was really off their game on our visit today. 40 min wait for food (only 4 people ordered ahead of us), order came out... wrong had to get remade (longer wait), super skimpy on protein less than I?ve ever seen at a PS. Cheese bread was only halfcovered with cheese. Very lame. Sandwich was good, hate I had to wait almost 40 min just to get it?.. Read more

I've been eating at Penn Station since the early 90's and this was the first time I got disgusting food. The service was bad.... When I asked for mayo packs, the cashier rolled his eyes, like I was just an interruption. I've done almost 500 reviews forGoogle & never gave a one star review. To give one to what was a favorite restaurant is surreal. I included pictures of thefries they dropped again instead of dropping fresh. They burned them. Read more

Stopped in for lunch. Greeted by typical friendly Penn Station staff. Always take a second to check out the monthly specials... cause they come with fries and a drink. Real money savers. Food came out fast and hot and tasty. Lobby was clean and so wasthe drink station. Nice lunch stop. Read more
