This White Castle, I would definitely say it was one of the best we've ever had lunch at. Natalie, the GM was literally such a... delight. She made sure our orders were correct, which they were. Our food was hot and the bun on our cheeseburger was so soft.Talk about delicious, WOW. I would definitely recommend stopping in and saying hello to Natalie. While we were ordering ourfood, Darlene was working the drive thru window. Natalie and Darlene, are definitely a great team together. We will be back, notjust because the food was hot & fresh. But when we get super service like that, It's worth every penny. Read more
Had the most ok experience possible. Service was slow even with them having zero other customers. Person in drive through... would ask a question and if you didn't reply back immediately they would yell it back. Wished them a good night and got "uhhuh" as a reply. But what do you expect? Its OK food at best and for what they make there... I don't blame them for okservices. Read more
I sat in drive thru over 20mins to place an order . And then got to the drive thru window and waited another 30 for my food... while I watch the workers stand there and laughing and playing on thier phones . Still love the food but other than that . Theservice was awful. Read more

Just sad everytime I come here it is horrible and I pay alot of money for horrible food . The food is just gross cold old like... yesterday old and takes forever to get like why it sure is not freshly cooked at all . Cheeseburgers was soggy and cold, firesare cold and look like they was from lunch. Only 3 people were working the late shift ???????. We had to wait over 40 minutes for our food. We went inside to eat. Tables... weren't wiped down, floor not swept. If White Castle would hire more people to help this crew out it wouldnt have failed Dec 3rdat 930pm Shame this crew had to struggle all night without help. Shame on. You White Castle. Read more
